My buying experience was exciting in the beginning, but quickly turned into a nightmare. I waited for a month for my living room set. Once it arrived the set did not match. As of yesterday I waited 4 months to get the correct chair, but as soon as they delivered the chair and put it in place I noticed it was dirty and torn. So I immediately went to the store and talked to Rickey the sales manager, who started out helpful and the quickly reminded me that I was still in my nightmare. As a General Manager I was baffled we he threw my sales woman Joyce Horne under the bus, stating that my frustrations were her fault. When trying to resolve a customer complaint you should never threw one of your subordinates under the bus. Frustrations were her fault. Her job was to sale me the furniture clearly my issue was above he pay grade. So now after speaking to Ed an Rickey(sales managers) on several occasions, my issue must be above their pay grade also. Because they failed to deliver. Clearly this is not the vision Chip Miskelly and family had in mind. The customer service being provided at your Pearl store really discredits your brand. So please can you hire Managers who have the drive and passion to adhere to customers needs. To and fuel to the fire on of the manager called my wife today a belittled my wife tremendously. This is the last straw, all I want is for Miskelly's to take their furniture back and credit my account. This also is above the Managers pay grade. I am really upset with myself for shopping here even after I read the negative reviews. So consumers only because I care about you all, be careful when choosing to shop here. I pray and hope you don't have the same experience I have had. I will not shop here again.

Excited to buy 2 sofas, recliner, club chair , ottoman, end table , sofa table, cocktail ottoman and rug. Excitement waned after a month delay when the furniture was finally delivered, minus one piece that came almost 90 days later. Warranty bought on all. (unknown to us at the time - just charged without asking and then charged it in error an additional time) Shag rug immediately started shedding on delivery. Reported this to Miskelly reps after a few weeks when it did not stop and we had a full gallon bag of threads. After several calls to different supervisors and 2 visits by different representatives that spanned 8 weeks, they refused to do anything about it, either on general good faith or on the warranty. They said it came apart because of a stain. Never heard of a stain causing a rug to shed. Rug has bald spots. Was not an expensive rug, about $250. There were several times Miskelly could have corrected this. Sad this did not work out. Had higher expectations. To Miskelly staffers answering on Google: No need to post a response asking me to call. I did, multiple times. If you would like to discuss, then call me. I am in your system, easily found. Just an update. Miskelly representative called explained they would send a gift certificate in the amount of the rug. Manufacturer would not honor warranty, but Miskelly would make it up in this way. Gift certificate did arrive. Good for one year for the same amount as the rug. Process was pretty much a pain as happens with big companies on occasion. In the end, they did make the attempt to satisfy their customer.

Have shopped with Miskelly for over 25 years. HUGE selection, good prices and sales staff that is curtious and helpful. Going to Miskelly is more like going to an event than going to a retail store.

We've bought our last 2 living room suits from Miskelly.Never had any issues and the quality was what we paid for. Got 2 years same as cash both times and furniture was delivered within 5 days each time. I did purchase an extended warranty on our recent purchase because it has a touchscreen panel and I was worried about the little ones and the the salesman Mr. Hulsey promised that with the extended warranty it would cover everything. I hope I never have to find out but from all my experiences I believe they will honor it.

Every exepericne we have had with Miskellys has been great. It's very accommodating to adults and children. The snack bar is a great place to take a break and their inventory is top notch in quality and selection.

I bought a bedroom set, two leather couches, a rug, and a coffee table about 3 months ago. The lady salesmen was so desperate to sell her Vietnamese made bed frame to me that she, and the store, did the 5 year interest free financing. The mad who constructed the bed frame did a half ass job in screwing in the 2" screws thats supposed to hold up two adults at night? The boards under the bed collapsed after a few times of sitting together with someone at the same time. (And no we are average sized adults.) 2" screws are the only thing keeping a mattress, box springs, and two people from crashing to the ground. HORRIBLY manufactured and very CHEAPLY cutting corners so that they can make more of a profit of you. The bedroom set that I bought looks nice on the outside, but is a joke of cheap wood thats not what you pay for it at all. Cheap wood from overseas and then lying about it being "American made" MisKelly's furniture is CHEAP, OVERPRICED, FAKE, and LOW QUALITY. honestly, there have been lots of good reviews with this company here in Mississippi, but take a HARD look at your furniture before you get it.

I bought a beautiful, genuine leather living room suit in October. Within the week of delivery there was a small board about 1 inch wide protruding against the leather in the back of the sofa. I called and had the sofa replaced. It happened a second time, again, shortly after it was delivered. Within the first month of my purchase, I had received 3 sofas. I had the third sofa for about a month before the same board, on the other side did the same thing. Now, four months after my purchase, I have called customer service again to fix the same problem just in a different spot in the back of my sofa. That makes three sofas and two repairs for the same malfunction. I have bought furniture from Miskelly's for years and I have never had any problems. I am very disappointed in the quality of the furniture that I have purchased.

We bought a leather sectional last year and service was great. Everyone is super friendly. The only complaint I have is the quality of the sectional. About a month after we purchased it the stitching started coming out of the leather on 1 of the recliners. Expected better for a $2500 couch. It came with a year warranty so I called customer care and they had it fixed very quickly. Last week the handle for pulling 1 of the recliners broke so I called customer care back today the were great as usual. They are sending someone the next business day to fix it. I would recommend that they get better quality products for the price but as far as the Miskelly's team.....they are awesome!
