Why Rice cooked in MEC's pure-clay pot taste different & so much better?

1. The "breathable" pot lets excess moisture evaporate and cooks the rice fluffy, soft and each grain separate from the other!

Traditional cookware is non-porous and holds back excess moisture making grains soggy and stick to each other (for this reason also grains are chemically treated to be less starchy causing nutritional loss)

2. The unique far infra-red heat cooks without destroying the delicate nutrients (complex carbs, simple carbs, vitamins, minerals --all of which are important in the body), and the grains taste so much better because they are nutritionally dense.

Traditional cookware (metal, ceramic) cook with harsh, destructive heat that quickly kills nutritive cells. Food is grossly lacking and so does not taste as good :(
