The plug-in Bolt was designed for the sharing economy, and it's going to give GM valuable real-world experience with ride-sharing through the automaker's partnership with Lyft, which will put the innovative electric vehicle on the road in large numbers in urban areas where its sales have been weak.

Purchased a used Suburban and received excellent service. It was a low hassle positive experience. Our salesman, Jim Wheaton, went above and beyond. He is the best car salesperson I've ever worked with. I will recommend him and the dealership to all friends looking to purchase a car.

Took my corvette to this place. Couldn't get the problem fixed and charged me $105 diagnose fee. After he Asked for more money to find the problem, I refused. He even suggested that it would be easier to have another 05 corvette to compare and contrast with mine to make it easier. I know. It is ridiculous. So Service manager David lemme come and pick it up last night. I went there and paid the ridiculous money for nothing. You won't believe what happened next. He checked and told me my car was not even ready. So I wasted my time and energy for nothing. "Sorry about that" was all he said. I had to go back this morning to pick my car up, which cost more time and energy. No possible compensation is mentioned by David. This is not the way you treat your customer. Avoid their service center at all cost! 100% authentic.

Hi Yulin, Thank you for your comments. We appreciate your feedback so we can address the customer experience. Thank you for choosing Mirak for your repairs. We do wish to earn your trust again and have made some notes about our service as we strive to operate with integrity and stand by our efforts to communicate with you throughout the service request. Our repair order has some notes about the repair visit. We presented a $105 initial diagnosis charge with the standard practice of If we could not diagnose within the 1hr time frame agreed upon, we would contact you. We contacted you after the technician could not find the problem even after additional time to diagnose the vehicle. At that time, you informed us you would not authorize anymore time for additional diagnosis. We do note, when the vehicle first arrived, the vehicle inside panels were still partially disassembled and the vehicle could not be driven without the reassemble of interior roof panels. When the vehicle was completed, phoned you with an update: the vehicle was completed, including the headlamp recall and we sent our shuttle van to pick you up. Jeff Calder is very good at explaining the features and options in vehicles along with the real costs to help the customer compare Mirak to other dealerships. Mark Buck is the numbers guy. Definitely has my alma mater, Bentley in him. Stephen Hopkins is the guy that help you get through the fine print. He suggested the "Excessive Wear" option for our new truck. I think it will pay off. All three look out for their customers and help the company sales grow.

I do not buy new vehicles very often and am generally very leery about car dealers and salesmen. However, I can honestly say that my experience at Mirak was excellent! My Shyster Radar did not go off even once! I was treated with respect and honesty. I feel I paid a fair price for my new truck and would not hesitate to buy here again.

Recently, I had a small accident with my 2012 Chevy Silverado, where my driver's door and rocker panel were damaged. My truck is black, which will show every dent, scratch, or damage. Before my accident my truck was blemish free inside and out. I wanted to find a shop that knew how to do the work correctly and would not hack it back together with body filler, just to have it degrade and fall apart a few years later. I chose to bring my truck to Mirak Chevrolet, since I had heard they had one of the best body repair facilities in New England. Craig Tedeschi, the head of all service and repairs, took my truck in. He made me feel like I was in good hands from the get-go and calmed my fears of getting my truck back with obvious signs of repair. He knew he had a picky customer and make it his priority to exceed my expectations! Craig knows his stuff, but better yet, he knows the top talent in the industry and has brought them in to work under him in a high-demand environment where results need to be excellent, 100% of the time or the job is not done. When I received my truck back, the color and finish of the paint was 100% spot-on to factory. The gaps and seals were perfect and there were no signs of repair. My vehicle was ready for pick up on-time, cleaned inside and out, and looking great. I highly recommend Mirak Chevrolet for your next repairs, maintenance, or vehicle purchase, especially if you are a bit O.C.D. about having things done right!

My Saturn Aura (2007) sat for most of the winter under six feet of snow at the bottom of the driveway and into June under pine trees after the snow melted. There were two factory recalls on it and it hadn't been serviced for at least a year. I called MiraK Chevrolet and they gave me an appointment within two days, fixed the recalls, did the 90,000-mile servicing, put in new front brake pads and rotors, fixed a tire that had had a slow leak, and did the state inspection (6 months late) for less than I expected to pay. Then they washed the outside and cleaned the inside for free. AND were respectful and friendly!! Thanks, Mirak.
