Good place to stay and relax. Pools are nice and weren't crowded. I don't have a lot of experience with spa treatments but I enjoyed the sinus treatment and everything was reasonably priced. I subtracted one star because there isnt a whole lot to do around the resort and it's fairly far from Palm Springs. Nick at the front desk was very helpful and great to deal with. Everyone on the staff was incredible and very friendly.

Wonderful 40th anniversary weekend stay for us, in spite of rainy Summer monsoon weather. Room was very large, clean and well equipped. Pools were great and available for use all day and night.Staff members friendly and very helpful. The Capri restaurant on site was perfect...great food and reasonably priced. We will be back whenever time permits.

Nightmare place Total ripoff. Avoid. Motel 6 is better. The place charges for everything and more. Their "tax" rate is 15.9% it appears they do anything they can to rip off the customers. And they do it while smiling at you. Next stop for me . File a complaint with the state attorney general for Fraud. When I was there thy has signs posted "pool closed from 10pm to 6 am or maintenance." None was ever done over multiple days, but pool was closed. Even though their ads state pools open 24/7 And the pools were dirty. I mean really dirty. The buckets in the walls of a pool that collect floating debris were full to the top. At the bottom of the pool ALL the intake vents were covered with debris and prevented proper circulation of pool water making it cloudy. Plants roots had raised the sidewalk on some pool edges and were growing into pool. In the room one of the wall outlets was actually broken to the point that the metal inside was exposed to the touch. The ads list the place as having 8 pools. 1 normal sized one with cloudy water. With googles on I could not see more than 5 ft meaning if someone was 5 ft away when I looked toward them under the water I could not see them. the rest are small. one was 3 to 4 feet diameter. one was green color water (filthy) The Ice machine was broken in the hall management had no intention of fixing it. ( one person said he was there a month prior and it was the same) Coffee pot in the room was dirty - had the coffee grounds from prior guest. When we went to the pool we stopped at the front desk and told them. We also told them we did not want it exchanged until AFTER we return to the room from pool as we do not want others in our room without us being there. That was totally ignored. On the day of checking out PRIOR to checkout time, we were still in the room changing. House keeping knocks and asks "is anyone in". We YELL -- YES WE ARE STILL HERE . It was ignored she still pushing her was in. We had to brace ourselves against the door to stop her from entering. ( we were changing. ) As far as location, they are 20+ minutes (each way) from anything interesting .. Oh an interesting thing when you sign in. thy want to know what make and modle of car you have including the license plate number. AND WEATHER OR NOT YOU HAVE A CAR ALARM ??????????????????????? WTF???? are they planing to rob cars with no alarm?

DO NOT GO TO THE SPA!!!! I had a the worst facial I ever! The esthetician hardly spoke english and all she kept saying was Honey! Her bony fingers did not know how to give a massage, or apply any kind of product. When I told her that the steam did not reach my face, it was steaming away from my face, she asked me if I feel her fingers. What? Excuse me? Extraction was a joke! I had a break put on my cheek, she di not even touch it. When I came home, I still some mask on my face, because when she would do anything she hardly toucher your face. It was the worst and useless facial I ever had. I paid $85 for it and because they make you pay before the service, I also tipped before, there for I paid $105 for crappy, useless facial! I talked to the manager and she gave me $20 back! This is the worst place and costumer service sucks!

We paid for a MOUNTAIN VIEW room. Our room had a view of the parking lot and the local residences only. In addition, the room we were given was handicap-accessible. First problem, the hand-held shower handle was broken - there was no clip to hold the handle. I reported it and they replaced it immediately - with NO shower handle clip whatsoever. The repairman installed a blank bracket leaving the shower handle permanently dangling in the shower. There was also NO post-repair cleanup - the repair dude left all the black residue all over the shower walls and fixtures. Classy. I complained, so they gave us another room. To our surprise, the new room hadn't been cleaned (toilet included), and the prior renter had broken the screen door off the back porch sliding door - simply leaving it on the floor in the middle of the room for housekeeping to discover. Our THIRD room was just fine. We discovered all of this at 8pm. So three separate room move-ins later and were in bed by 1030. Nice. Hint: DO NOT ACCEPT rooms # 129 and 229 - they are the handicap-capable rooms that claim to have a mountain view and are billed to you as such, but they don't any views whatsoever. Management apologized for this and said the owner was aware but refused to re-label the rooms as NO VIEW. Another hint: DO NOT GO HERE when there are large venues in town such as the recent STAGECOACH music event. It was wall to wall beer drinkers and pot smokers by the pool. Not acceptable in a child-friendly environment - and there were plenty of kids there. Management was told about it, but I'm guessing they backed away from confronting the offenders for fear of a fist fight. Even though our room issues were eventually taken care of, I'm disappointed in everything but the dinner at the Capri. I want to also mention to Carson Parlan the PR guy... My review of this experience is as accurate and as fair as I can offer. I read the reply that you wrote to some others who obviously gave you unfavorable reviews. This was my fourth time staying at Miracle. My other stays were perfect as could be. Maybe you could simply acknowledge that unfortunately, problems will occur. They can also be easily fixed. I see no reason for you or anyone else to be upset by an HONEST negative review. Maybe next time will be better for me as I plan on returning as much as possible. One bad date doesn't mean the relationship is over. Thank you. Just got back home from a short, one-day nightmare visit. I'm guessing the pool rules (whatever they are) are subject to change based on I'm not sure what. We showed up early in the morning as we always do and went directly to the pool to chill. There was a LARGE family (at least 20 and mostly little kids) in the water and they were making it impossible for others to relax. There was a total of five blow-up pool tubes and rafts in the water, as well as a couple of those high-pressure water cannons that were being fired all over the place by these kids - mostly at the people laying on the lounges. We dealt with it until I took a stream of water directly in my eye. The father of the kid that did it didn't speak English. I approached him quickly and all he did was smile pretty and laugh. My big thing is, the more I visit this place, the more I'm wondering why they bill it as a resort and spa. There is nothing relaxing about being here anymore. Maybe I'm just hitting the place on bad days. Bottom line is, no one from the staff came out and put the skids on all the ridiculous behavior. I'm still convinced staff is afraid of confronting their guests for fear of retaliation or worse. We're scheduled for a few more visits this summer, so I'm praying things will be different. I don't like bad-mouthing Miracle, but I'm also not going to sugar-coat anything that I deem to be poor or deficient.

My room was robbed and the cleaner was the only one I saw go in it. I have tried to resolve with property but all I get is lip service, we'll call you back and they don't, transferred to VM when asking for general manager. I am having to use the police department to resolve my issues which I resent having to use a police officers time when management should be resolving as they have cameras.
