We recently stayed at this resort and we enjoyed it. We were allowed to check in early, room was clean and large. Beds were very comfortable, a/c was nice and cold.As stated above, the room was very large, and accommodating. The staff were all super nice and helpful, easy check in. The restaurant had great food that was well priced. Pools were great, kids had a blast. No noise or distraction during the night. The only complaint on my behalf was the shower; the head was so low. I am 5'4 and I had to bend over to get my head wet, not sure how anyone taller then myself would fare. Otherwise we had a GREAT experience and will be staying again.

My girlfriend found a Groupon for Miracle Springs and was intrigued, so we decided to stay for a night. The main attraction are the 8 pools of natural mineral spring water, which are surrounded by the resort. The pools were nice, I genuinely felt refreshed after a soak. After the pools, we made reservations for massages that were a great compliment to the pools. Rooms are basic but clean with a mini fridge, microwave, and Wi-Fi. I didn't feel the Wi-Fi was safe, as no password was necessary, so use at your own risk. There is plenty to experience in Palm Springs, like great dining, gambling at the casinos, and the aerial tram. All in all, a great weekend experience.

This place is NOT what the pictures make it seem to be! We checked in on a day that it was 114° outside and NO air conditioning working in our room. The thermostat registered 95° (the highest it went). Front desk informed me they control the ac and when you leave, they turn it off. I find it disturbing that we called for an early check in and yet, no air was on, the lights didn't work and maintenance had to come. The maids pull the curtains open so the west sun was baking our "mountain view" room. Mountain view is a joke, more like empty lot and houses...oh yeah, off in the distance you can see the mountains! To top that off, there was fecal matter in the toilet, pubic hairs on the floor and in the tub as well as stained sheets on the bed. Upon calling the front desk, they moved us to a room next door. This one had ac on but the door did not close and needed to be shut each time. We attempted to use the pool but was disgusted by the black mold on the tiles and where the tiles were missing, as well as a bunch of debris floating. Then, we thought to relax in the "hot springs"...again, a joke, the hottest one was 110°, less than the average bathtub! As if this weren't bad enough, my partner had her bracelet stolen from the room. After LESS than adequate customer service from management, a police report was filed. We were told the hotel attorney would call us and that never happened. In fact, when we called management 7/12/16, we were told "the only way we will compensate anything is if you take down your google review and we will give you $400 towards your next stay"(my partner had put a review up)...are you kidding me? You threaten me and then expect me to come back? This place definitely did not meet my expectations. Do NOT recommend at all.

Great place to kick back and enjoy the sun and hot springs! Beds are a bit hard though.

After checking in my partner and I proceeded to our hotel room, the room temperature was over 90°! I called down to the front desk where I was informed the hotel controls the thermostat. After sending a friendly maintenance worker up to assist us in plugging in our lamps and refrigerator, I went to use the restroom where I found hardened fecal matter in the toilet and pubic hair all under the sink countertop. Not impressed at all. My partner and I called down again to the front desk where I insisted a clean, new room. After being hot, sweaty, and frustrated we decided to try our luck in their "hot spring" pools. Let me tell you what a joke these pools are! First of all I don't think they have ever scrubbed the tiles of the pool, there is mold exposed and mildew around the whole pools perimeter and missing tiles throughout the largest pool. I am disgusted and disappointed by the reality and quality offered at this dump. I would not recommend this to refugees. Im not too sure what makes this spa number 1 by anyone's standards. Spend the extra money to be in Palm Springs. To make matters worse having personal items, ( jewelry none the less)and medication taken from my hotel room. After alerting a manager on duty I was told I would be compensated after finding my receipt. In tears on the day I return home and I now find myself at a police department filing an official report. After calling multiple times for 4 consistent days I finally got a return phone call from a manager. The resolution to my priceless sentimental stolen bracelet, take down my review on Google and we will give you a $400 credit to the resort! I WILL NOT EVER STAY OR RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY EVER! Poor costumer service. Check Minus

Room was large and clean, spa facilities were great & staff were friendly. There was a bit of confusion as we had strangely been booked into their 'sister property' next door which was nowhere near as nice. They rectified this error for us though and moved our reservation to the correct property! There was no mention of this sister property on their website when booking, so be warned, but we had a really enjoyable and relaxing stay here

The Capri restaurant serves delicious Italian. Nice atmosphere. The chicken parmesan is yummy. The dinner salads are good too.
