I like the food here, it's delicious. The service is alright. Price for food is alright as well, they're a bit tad expensive for my wallet. Like the deserts, they cost like $3 or $4? It takes like only 2 or 3 bites to eat them, and they taste bland as well. If you're ordering to-go at this place, they take quite awhile and they usually serve customers waiting at tables before to-go customers. Overall, the place isn't bad.

PLEASE READ IF YOU'RE GETTING PRESCRIPTION GLASSES! If you're planning on getting prescription glasses here, DO NOT BUY THEIR FRAMES! They're extremely overpriced compared to other stores like Costco. Why should you pay over $200 for a freaking frame when you can get the same one at Costco for $40! When I went in to get a new prescription glass last week, I was displeased with the service that I've received. The employee working at the glass section gave me help at all. I was having trouble picking out a frame and I needed help. The employee that was suppose to help me out didn't do much. Here's the great thing, after I picked out a frame and brought it up to him, he told me the full price and made my jaw dropped. I'm baffled on why he didn't tell me this before I picked out a frame. Angry and mad, I didn't want to buy the frame and asked him for other options. He told me that the ones here are my only option. Not true... I asked if it was possible to buy a frame another store and bring it in for them to install the lens. He said yes, that's it. He didn't go further explaining. I had to kept asking him exhausting questions for clarification and explanations. Ugh, I really did not like that guy. Also, I'd like to mention that I scheduled my appointment to be at 1:30 p.m. I ended up waiting until 2:20ish... Bring something to entertain yourself for the waiting.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service that's provided here. I went in today for an appointment and ended up for 10 minutes to find an employee to tell them I have an appointment. Seriously, there's no employee waiting at the door to greet us? I ended up waiting in the long line to speak with a single teller about my stitution. They told me that they'll be with me soon. I ended up waiting more... Then a lady came up to me and rudely, very rudely, ask me what I'm here for. I told her about my appointment and ended up waiting more. All in all, the waiting was making me mad and I ended up leaving. By the way, this place is filled with Mexican and they all speak in Spanish. I felt discomforted and out of place as all the employees were speaking Spanish with the customers. This is one of the worst Bank of America branch I've gone to.

Called in the afternoon to check for item availability, the guy puts me on hold for an eternity and tells me they didn't have any in-store but another store that's half an hour away (Washington Square) from me has only 1 left in stock. I go there and find out they have none. I called back at this store to tell the guy about it and he hung up on me. Seriously? What kind of service are you guys even doing?

Displeased with this Bank of America branch. I scheduled an appointment online and I wasn't able to make it. I called in so I could cancel and reschedule the appointment. They never answered. Great.

The store here is very unprofessional. I go in and see a bunch of employees talking with each other and playing games. A person comes up to help me after awkwardly standing and looking at them. The guy barely listened to me and was constantly glancing over at another employee to jokey gesture and stuff. Anyway, I came in to ask them if they had a product in-store. It took them FOREVER to find out. The guy had to ask his supervisor to find out, really?! After spending half an hour in the cramped store, I left with a rotten feeling of nothing. These employees needs to be trained more professionally and be more friendly and helpful. I'm certainly not going to shop at this AT&T in the future.
