Some additional thoughts about getting buy-in for small organization content disciplines. Sometimes we need to be willing to dig in and do some (light) industry research, and also be prepped to ask effective questions to leadership and stakeholders.

This 1962 article in the Seattle Times about the future of books in the 21st century is fascinating. And some of the predictions are surprisingly not too far off, like the how we’ll be able to access research materials from anywhere in the world via “television."
