Thank you, Terry, for the wonderful review of my #mindfulness #meditation #DVD!!
Mindfulness meditation can be beneficial in so many ways, like pain management, stress, disease, sleep, lowering blood pressure, so much good can come from learning to meditate the proper way.
I have been reading that cancer patients learn to meditate to help with pain, sleep, side effects from cancer treatments.
There are many diseases that Mindfulness Meditation is being used by many.  Hypertension, Heart Disease.  Studies have shown that meditation can not only reduce stress but improve the immune system and increase the energy level.
