Had a 10AM appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Turned my car over at 10:05, and it took them an hour and ten minutes. Unacceptable. That's way too long. Terrible customer service.

just purchased 2014 honda accord hybrid from Milton.. Wendy and Mark screwed me up on my title and tag. They didnt file tag and title on time and it cost me ticket. dont buy car from this dealership.

Gary Smith and Jameson Foote were great. I received a quote online, they found the exact vehicle I wanted and I was able to come in and buy it the next day. It was the best price I could find across 3 states. No gimmicks or sales pressure. They were very helpful, respectful, and it felt like a personal experience. I've looked for this same model at over 15 dealerships in the preceding 6 week - no one else compared. Milton Martin left me with a very good new car buying experience. I recommend Gary and Jameson to anyone looking for a Honda around North GA or the metro Atlanta area.

I will be the first to say I do not know much about cars, but I was having a problem with my Honda that needed to be fixed quickly. The part selected to replace the one that had gone bad was rather expensive but I decided to let it go. I come to find out that they stuck me with the most expensive replacement part that they could. While I can say I was treated in a respectful manner while there, I do feel that I could have had the work and part replaced for a good bit less. I do not see myself using this facility again because of this.

Best car buying experience I've had to date! No pressure and they put me in the car I wanted at the price I wanted! David Hovinga was very transparent and straight forward, he got us the deal without all the usual back and forth and the "oh let me go talk to my manager"! Will be back to buy my next car.

I am new in this area and looking for a place to service my Honda. This placed exceeded my expectations. They were honest, fair and very helpful. I thought I had a somewhat major problem and told them about it. They diagnosed it as a minor problem and repaired it very reasonably. It is good to do business with honest and helpful people.
