Our company recently implemented a new ERP system and CRM (Salesforce). We knew that we wanted to link both systems together to share information between both pieces of software, but had no idea how to make it happen. We spoke with another large company about our integration requirements and their price tag made our jaws drop. At that point, we realized we needed another solution. That’s when we found Miles Technology. Not only were they local to our office, they were able to integrate our software at a price that was within our desired budget. JP and Cathy, our main points of contact at Miles throughout the integration, have both been extremely thorough, and responsive to all of our technical needs. They have delivered exactly what we wanted and delivered it all within the promised timeline. We really couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Thank you Miles Technology!

We all have problems from time to time with technology, the question is how quickly and accurately can you get it fixed. We have used MIles Technology for many years, and they continue to exceed my expectations for excellence in service. Their tag line "You Request, We Respond, It Gets Done" is not just a tag line. They live by that philosophy of service. Thank you Chris Miles and all those at the "Help Desk" that answer our calls.

My company was having severe network connectivity issues with our internet rebooting 8-10 times a day. Our cloud services, internet, and VOIP vendors all blamed one another and did nothing to help us. Each vendor told me to perform very technical tasks to troubleshoot and fix the network after I told them i'm not an IT/Network person, and would be willing to pay them to fix it. Still no valid responses or assistance. I eventually gave up trying to use current vendors and called Miles. Upon calling Miles, they came out quickly and worked to understand our business and how our systems worked together. Not being able to pinpoint the issue in the first visit, they left diagnostic tools behind allowing them to remotely log in and troubleshoot when our network would go down. After some rigorous testing and documentation of faliures, Miles was not only able to pinpoint the issue but point out minor security flaws in our network. T After going through the details of our issue, Miles provided a detailed proposal as to not only fix our issue, but areas where they can offer upgrades, added security, and enhancements. They rented us loaner equipment for 2 weeks that would give us ample time to make a decision on whether we wanted to follow through with just a "bandaid" or a full scale upgrade and restructuring. Upon accepting the proposal, they scheduled the work within a week, came out on time on the date promised, and completed the work perfectly. We had minor hiccups after the work was done (unforseen issues), and Miles was still there to help fix it since it was related to the original problem. We are now 100% fully operational, and very satisfied with the work Miles did and will recommend them to anyone. The team did a great job from diagnostics to invoicing to installation and followup.

How do you Spell Relief? Nichole Carpenter with Miles Technology! I have worked in the financial services industry, Banks and Credit unions for over 25 years and I would consider myself pretty savvy in the sales and marketing areas of our business. Six months ago we worked with another IT, Web Creation and Web communication firm. I spent several hours and many days creating articles, white papers and blog material hoping that this other firm would understand our business, research our business and apply their technical writing ability to produce a finished product that could be valuable to me and my firm, Meyer-Chatfield Group. The long and short of it is that we fired the other firm. We made a change to Miles Technology and with three 10 minute calls with Nichole Carpenter we produced together three blogs and two white papers. What makes Nicole and Miles Technologies, NJ unique is that my contact Nicole, gets it. She did her homework on the market and knew the subject matter and was able to do what I cannot do write. One of the first things I did after being promoted to Director of IT was hire Miles Technologies to handle our help desk and maintain our servers. It was one of the best moves I've made. They're responsive, reliable and they have helped us make the necessary IT upgrades to stay competitive. I work with several vendors on projects all year long and Miles Tech is far and away better and easier to work with than anyone else. It’s not even close.

Miles Technologies is a leader in their field. I have a multi-platform environment and they have come in and supported every platform and are constantly finding ways to improve and streamline the ways we do things. They are a major help to where we are now and they are helping to set us up for a better system in our future. They always respond and find a solution in a timely manner. They have excellent customer support and have worked with my company based our specific needs. I never felt like we were just an account number to them but have always been treated with a personal touch. I enjoy the fact they we have our own team assigned to us so when I call in I never have to "start fresh" and explain the issue all over again to a new support tech agent, my call is directed to one of my team members and they are up to date on everything that's going on with my company. You can't ask for better support that!!! Overall Miles has been the right solution for me and my company and i'm excited for what the future holds.
