Very large rooms, close to the pier (and the local park with a track). The gym is a bit small, 3 treadmills, 3 ellipticals and dumbbells with a leg press and I think a chest press? (Or curlers) but definitely open all times, does the job for a hotel gym. The rooms have very nice light fixtures, small ones embedded most places to not disturb the people you're staying with if they're sleeping. The beds are clean, oddly our fitted sheet wouldn't fit over one of our mattresses and would lift on one end, but if my friend weren't neurotic about that kind of detail, I definitely wouldn't have cared. The accommodations are nice, staff are friendly, but one ice machine per building, which is a bit odd, and nowhere do they mention it.

This was an elevator nightmare. The hotel has 2 elevators that will take you up to the 7th floor. One funcional elevator that took us to floors 8 and above. The waiting time was always very long and the elevator was very small. 5pm, the elevator wouldn't come. We called the front desk and we were told that the elevator was reserved for a private event and that we had to take stairs down from the 15th and 11th floor to the 7th floor and take an elevator from there. We were a group of us with children, strollers and elder of over 70 years old. At night, around 11pm, there was a line to the elevator that was all the way through the lobby. Apparently, there is a club on the top floor and that elevator serves the club and the hotel guests. We had to wait in line for about 30 min. With our sleeping kids and a folded stroller. When we finally got the elevator, it was packed with so many people that it was scary! There was a freight elevator that could be used but the staff didn't allow it for safety reasons. When I complained about it, I got a complimentary breakfast which otherwise costs 15$, but really worth 2$. I never leave bad reviews easily. O highly recommend to check the elevator state ahead of booking. I suggest to have breakfast elsewhere. The rooms locks were disfunctional and the extra bed that we ordered was broken so we needed to change rooms. The location of the hotel was perfect.

Really nice hotel. The elevators were full mirror. The room was very spacious. The bed had built in lighting. Tv was outdated; had no hdmi ports. The shower was nice but was a stand only shower; no tub, no place to sit. Very close to the lake, right next door gino's east 🍕! They have a rooftop bar plan to visit very soon.

Loved our room. It was clean, the bathroom was a great size, and the view for being on the 5th for was decent. The staff was nice and accommodating. The location is great and we would stay here again.

Great accessible room with easy access shower. Clean, comfortable, upscale, and the staff was amazingly helpful. Parking/bag handling were professional and just very nice guys. (Which can be rare when you are in a wheelchair.) Right next to the hospital so did not even have to move the car for conference attendance. Close to great local dining and shopping. Had a free voucher for the breakfast buffet of eggs, bacon, french toast, pastries, etc. which was good.

Stayed here for 6 nights with a colleague. Hotel is clean, modern with a few stylish trimmings. The rooms were spacious and if you face the front of the hotel the view is fine (great view from the sky bar). But there are some gripes. 1. The staff. While some like the valets and the cleaner were super friendly others were not. Upon checkout the woman receptionist was cold and indifferent. After renting two rooms for six nights and racking up a bill north of $3k I do expect someone to ask me how the stay was and perhaps at leat fake a smile and a "thank you". The young man on the coffee shop in reception was just rude and surly. 2. The lifts/elevators - guests are repeatedly standing in line waiting to get to their rooms. Great to have a roof bar but not if it means queuing for a lift when you're trying to get work done. The hotel is fine but I would try (indeed am trying) elsewhere. Milenorth - fix the lifts and fix your smile.

Great location, good service. Room was less than great, the door stuck, there was no microwave for leftovers on our trip, and there was only one working elevator to any floor over the 7th. However, that last point was due to some maintenance being done while we were there. The rooftop bar is a must for your trip, and the experience was good overall. Would recommend.

It was an okay experience. The front desk people were really helpful. I was there on a Friday evening and was roomed on the 28th floor. Out of two elevators one was broken for three days, a pain to be waiting to catch an elevator which was relatively small in size.
