Looks good, though for additional accuracy I'd recommend going through the setup William describes in the following video when you install the back fence in: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UbG-n--LFgQ that way it will be as close to exactly 90 degrees to the blade as possible. Other than that, neat build and guide.

One thing you could have tried with the Galvanised Unions/Couplings is placing a board on top of them when hammering so that all the hammer pressure is applied evenly to all sides. You could also grab some pliers and bend a bit of the ring backwards then further along forwards reducing the diameter of the Union/Coupling. Nice Setup and Video, thanks for sharing!

What about a store that offers both a good experience and is a great online retailier such as B&H Photo? I do like the idea of concept stores, like the Samsung store here in Sydney AUS where you can check out the product that you like and then go buy it at your favourite online retailer. Having a mall such as these where the companies themselves sponsor the "stores" where you can try the products without the need to buy from them is a great concept.

Looks good, a sliding dovetail rather than a dado would also work to keep the fence down to the guide rails

I think if you had the timber on the Right rounded at the end rather than sloped this would be a better mechanism to elevate both at once. From what I can see the timber on the right has a small face on it that might be catching/digging into the left piece.

9:05 "I don't think cosmetic skins alone is enough to support a game in terms of monetization" Valve might disagree with their little game called Dota2 :D
