Samsung and Apple are no strangers to the courtroom. They are both often found in one, fighting claims from others or trying to establish cases against oth

Sounds useful. Maybe a sunny window will suffice. I hope they pull it off.

Very cool.
Summary:With the new Linux 4.0 kernel, you'll need to reboot Linux less often than ever.

If that were true, then there'd be no reason for anybody to buy an Apple Watch.
Android Wear is going to be coming up on a year old this June, and since the smartwatch platform's release last summer Google has stated that Android Wear

Heh, I said there'd be no reason. I'd say that directly accounts for iSheep. :)

Can you hear me now? The question, if it's presented with early 21st century pop culture in mind, is rhetorical. If you are relying on text to speech (TTS) applications in Linux, then it's not&hell...

The most frustrating time waiting for a package is when it's "Out for delivery". That part takes forever it seems.

The Runcible is both the strangest and most intriguing device that I've seen at Mobile World Congress this year. It offers many of the same capabilities

Regardless of your personal opinion of Curt Schilling, that was solid. More people should follow his lead where this is concerned.
Former Phillies pitcher Curt Schilling took to his blog this week to identify two New Jersey men as the people who made sexually-explicit comments on Twitter about the baseball player's daughter, Gabby Schilling.

Very cool, Ram!
I just heard some very exciting news. Six years ago, when I was just starting out my development career, I made a little program called PythonTurtle. It’s a program that helps children learn how to...

I had a dream last night that I decided to quit my programming job to be an artist. It seems my subconscious forgot that I find stick figures challenging.

Story
Introduction
I currently develop server side software for a large pharmaceutical company. My department specializes in Reporting using a web portal and Red Hat Enterprise Linux. My personal role is Server Automation. I came to this job after working in IT for 8 years. Before that I worked as a software developer for 3 years, and before that I worked in IT for 5 years. I have a hard time making up my mind.

I started using Linux personally in the late 90s, and have loved it ever since. I am the owner and creator of Linux Rants. I’m also active in the forums of many technology sites where I can often be found picking a fight. When I’m not online, I’m spending time with my family.
