Mattress Turn Days

Not so into April Fools or Halloween?  Here's a way to look forward to these days. Remember: Spring Around (4/1) and Fall Over (10/31)
Mattress Turn Days. On April 1, rotate your mattress around so the head becomes the foot. On October 31, flip the mattress over. Bottoms up.

Art of the Start 2.0 - More Than a Reboot

A new book from +Guy Kawasaki launches today, and while the title may sound familiar, there is a lot of new material (64% more).  I believe every owner, freelancer, project leader, and side-hustler would benefit from reading it - and their world would change with applying the ideas from it.

#ArtoftheStart
One reason I'm touting The Art of the Start 2.0 to small business owners and solopreneurs is simple, yet important: Make Meaning and you might Make Money.

Your RSS Feeds are like Digital Display Merchandising

Subscribe to Your Own RSS Feeds

Like a retailer checks the window displays and the chef details the presentation of the plate, you should be subscribing and checking your feeds.
If you have a website for business, subscribe to your own content and RSS feed in different ways and devices. Think of it as digital display merchandising.

*Desperate Cry - Love Aware

Where do I start, God, while on my knees,
Praying for lands and peoples, too.
Make it better, so without a doubt:

Love Aware - The 100 Day Project

Participating in #The100DayProject  with poetry to God. I'm calling my project #LoveAware  .

I've set up a category on my personal site for the project: http://armchairarticulations.com/love-aware/
Joy, overcome me Flooding in and out of every pore. Drowning out any other emotion Noticing God’s testimonies like never before. With child-like wonder Awe that captures my breath Noticing God’s fingerprint In all things wide, high, and in depth. From healing a wound to watching squirrels at play and as the season’s flower blooms… [...]

Trust Your Gut, Speak Your Mind

We did a lot of that in the conversation with +Brooke Ballard and +Mallie Hart on Ready, Set ... Podcast! #ThinkConversation

+Mike Sansone joined me, and +Brooke Ballard - of course, for a fantastic conversation about trusting your gut and taking the steps necessary to publish and share your ideas.

Mike believes that every business owner has ideas just waiting to be published, be it via blog, in a book, in a podcast, etc.

You just have to get past the fear of sharing and get it out there. This ties in quite well with Tuesday's blogging conversation with +Sarah Arrow.

What do you think?
Trust your gut and speak your mind, says Mike Sansone. There's always room for another good one, even in the saturated frenzy of content marketing.

Story

Conversation Conductor, helping small business attract and connect with their customers by building a better business presence.
Introduction
The Purpose: Help small businesses in building a better business presence online and offline with small steps leading to bigger results.

The Practice: Changes continue to happen quickly. Our services and products are designed to allow for small steps so changes can happen in stride. We attend to large projects with concise steps.

The Person: I believe in smiling eyes, firm handshakes and others first. I believe if you're in public, you've made yourself accessible . . . that we're all contagious and choose our own contagions . . . the wonder of curiosity, the potential of imagination and power of teamwork. I believe the decision of love precedes the feeling of love . . .of being child-like, but not childish. That unequal circumstances should not be treated equally . . . And there's always room for one more good one. I believe Mistakes are Tuition. #POTSC
