Notes to Ms. Classic Car Wash manager -- a) a crew member smoking inside my car (or reeking of so much smoke that it made no difference) while cleaning it isn't generally acceptable; b) telling me "you're still leaving with a clean car," even though it smells like smoke is not an accurate statement; c) refusing to give a refund because "we only refund in gift cards -- that's just how we roll. I'm not giving you cash," is crappy customer service.
