I'm doing some testing on one of my popular Facebook pages. I will be sending paid traffic to this landing page in the hopes of converting affiliate sales. What do you think?

If this works, I'll write up an article on how I put it all together.

Ok, I just put a new article live and I gave up several of my affiliate marketing secrets. This article mostly covers keyword research and SEO techniques. Here's what you'll learn...

- How to tap into an unlimited number of keywords your competitors don't know about.

- How to properly optimize your page so you rank highly for those keywords.

- How to use the same keyword  on multiple pages in a way that Google loves.

- How to get more people to click on your site in search results.

- My secret bonus tip at the end of the article (you'll have to go to my site to see it!).

Enjoy!!

I just got the below message from one of my affiliate partners. As an #affiliate #marketer, when your referrals increase, often times, so does your #commission percentage. This is my second increase from this affiliate partner alone. These increases can lead to exponential growth in your #business.

So if you're new to affiliate marketing, keep pushing forward! A message like the one I've posted below will soon be headed your way...

"Mike,

Going to bump everything up to 60% that doesn’t have a state fee associated with it.   My treat.  You’ve been good to us."

Internet Marketing Is My Passion

Throughout my life, I never planned on becoming a professional marketer. I really fell into this line of work by accident, but now that I've had several years of experience doing it, I'd never want to do anything else. This is a dream career for me.

From content marketing to website development to social media marketing... I love it all and I can't wait to see what the future brings. The most successful affiliate marketers change with the times and that's exactly what I'll be doing as my career progresses.

...What's that popular saying? "The only thing that remains constant is constant change." That statement couldn't be more true for those of us who earn a living online.

A Little About My Personal Life

My life absolutely ROCKS. I'm not even going to attempt to sugarcoat that. Since I am able to work on my business from anyplace with an internet connection, I have the freedom to travel as I wish. I am currently living full-time in a 31ft travel trailer with my dog as we travel around North America. For example, last winter I spent in sunny Arizona. Right now, I'm in the beautiful Rocky Mountains in a little place called Vallecito, Colorado. Once it starts getting too chilly here in the mountains, I'm heading for the southern California coast. My awesome black lab and travel companion Cooper has no complains about our travels.

Bottom line - I'm living life the way I want to and I'm making a great living doing it. My biggest desire is to spread this type of freedom to as many people as possible by showing others how to earn a living the exact same way I do. Hence the reason I launched AffiliateMarketerTraining.com.

  • Rogers Concepts, LLC
    Owner / Founder, 2011 - present
Rogers Concepts, LLC. was founded in 2011 when I was still an over the road (OTR) truck driver. With nothing but a laptop, a wireless internet card, and about $200 to my name, I was able to break into in the online marketing sector very quickly. Within the first year, I had replaced my truck driving income. When that happened, I quit to focus full-time on my online business. By the time I hit the 18 month mark, I was already seeing over $10k per month through just one website. Since that time, my business has exploded into a diverse melting pot including more than a half dozen information based affiliate websites with diverse traffic streams. I've become an expert in pay-per-click advertising, social media marketing, video marketing, SEO techniques, networking, managing virtual assistants, and too many other areas to list here. I will never stop learning, growing, and adapting to the fast changing online World. This is the career I love and I'm here to stay.
  • Prime, Inc.
    Truck Driver, 2008 - 2011
This was an interesting stretch in my life. I was a recent college grad, but found I didn't enjoy the corporate world. At this point, I still had no idea what I wanted to do when I grew up. And so, I did something drastic. I decided to pursue a dream of mine and enrolled myself in truck driving school. I was no longer worried about the money. I just wanted a career I could enjoy. Needless to say, it was a life-changing experience. I got to travel the country and get paid to do it, all while driving around in one of the coolest machines man has ever concocted - the 18 wheeler. I loved it. Sure, it was a tough job with an erratic schedule and 80hr workweeks, but it was a blast. If I hadn't found success as a digital marketer, I'd still probably be doing it to this day.
  • CDW
    Corporate Account Manager, 2007 - 2008
After graduating college, I thought I'd give sales a try. I ended up landing a job with CDW, a major computer reseller, as a corporate account manager. It was my job to not only manage medium to large sized corporate accounts including fortune 500 companies, but I was also entrusted to grow additional business for the company. And that I did. For 18 months, I learned about hundreds of new products and made approximately 80 cold calls per day which resulted in an additional 30 Million dollars worth of revenue based on my efforts. Unfortunately, I just didn't enjoy the job very much. Even though I was pretty good at it, I had to get out of the cubicle. While I am grateful for the incredible training and experience CDW gave me, I had to move on.
  • Six Flags
    Lead Security Officer, 2004 - 2007
During college, I worked as a security officer at one of the largest amusement parks in the country, Six Flags Great America located just north of Chicago, IL. During my second season at Six Flags, I was promoted to Lead Security Officer. That effectively put me in charge of up to 50 security officers and up to 45,000 daily guests to the park. From high paced dispatching experience to traffic management to violent crimes and medical emergencies, I got to experience quite a bit. I never intended for this position to be a career, but it sure was a great college job. I still miss my security days.

UPDATE - Changing my review to 1 star from 2 stars. I didn't think this place could get any worse, but sadly it's never been as bad as it is now. I even have health concerns eating here which means I'm officially done. Carl's Jr. you need to burn this place to the ground, build a new one, and hire all new staff. Otherwise, there is no saving this dump with employees that have no clue what they are doing. This place is horrible, not because of the food necessarily, but because of poor management and employees that seem to just not care at all. There's always an issue when I go to this location. Either the service is painstakingly slow or they get an order wrong or they are out of basic items to make a burger or their credit card machine is broken and they don't tell you until you arrive at the window, etc. I've had to change my order 3 times before because everything I wanted to order couldn't be made due to not having the ingredients to make them. Also, they have a bright flashing sign that says "Drive-Thru Open 24hrs" but believe me, that is not the case. Most nights they are closed by 11pm, but some nights they really are 24/7. I would tell you to call ahead, but when you try to call, all you get is a recorded message that says, "we're sorry, the voicemail box at this number has not been set up yet." So if you go late at night, you're rolling the dice on whether they will actually be open or not. The McDonalds down the road closes at their advertised times. I really like Carls Jr. in general, but this location needs new management. Something clearly isn't right.

I love it here. We have a 0% unemployment rate, free housing, and we are fed sometimes. If you're seeking a nice gated community in prospering North Korea, I highly recommend this residence. Back to work!
