From February 13th through February 16th there will also be a Valentine’s Lunch Special in the Pinnacle Restaurant. For $59 plus tax and gratuity for two people, diners will be able to have either one shared appetizer or salad for two; a choice of individual entrees such as Scallion Panko Encrusted Ahi Tuna served with Steamed Jasmine Rice, Sautéed Spinach, and a Sweet Chili Sauce or Charbroiled Center Cut Sirloin served with Goat Cheese Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus and a Falkner Red Wine Reduction; and a shared dessert of either New York Style Cheesecake or Molten Chocolate Cake. Also included will be a non-alcoholic beverage per person. Selected wines will be offered as an option with the Special at $6/glass. This special will be available in addition to the normal menu so make reservations soon. Diners will enjoy the wonderful and romantic Valentine hilltop ambiance of the Pinnacle. It's an awesome day for a picnic in January! The sun is out, the air is crisp and, it's the first #Winewednesday of the year! Here is our 2012 Reserve Chardonnay which just received Two Puffs and 92 Points in the January issue of The Connoisseur's Guide. With all the malolactic fermentation, this is a really rich and creamy Chardonnay with some notes of peach and apple. Pairs excellent with P'Tit Basque, a sheep milk cheese with a velvety texture and a slightly nutty character. Happy #WW friends! — at V.Sattui Wineries.
