Great post... we are using G+ communities, blogger, YouTube and Calendars far more now to build community... LinkedIn has a limited set of tools aimed squarely at business not a wider engagement perhaps why it has less appeal. Now to pay when there is so much that can be done without payment... if they were the only game in town maybe but connections are easily built elsewhere as you say +Mike Morrison​ :)

Introduction

Mike Morrison is director and principle consultant with RapidBI.

With an interest in organisational development through business improvement and the development of people, Mike is a passionate professional an a keen supporter of the HRD profession.

Mike has three daughters, a loving wife, a dog and in his spare time undertakes voluntary work for the British Red Cross as a trainer and Ambulance Crew.
