OMG!

I have never been this sick for this long. I caught a cold a month ago and it has changed its form twice now and keeps sticking around. I'll just be nothing but Vitamin C for the next several days...

I don't post to Google Plus every day, but when I do it's to wish +Russell Holly a happy birthday.

Needed a solution to cast meetings to our work TV. This turned out to be the best way to go!

This has been circulated a million times this week, but I still think this is how Breaking Bad is going to end next week. Convinced!

Doing what I can to bring some light to my colleague and good friend's quandary.
I'm not a fan of good news / bad news days. The good news is that I get my new prosthetic leg tomorrow (June 5) at 3! The bad news is that the largest stock foot is the wrong size.

My feet - well, foot - wear size 19 EEEEEE shoes. No joke. The largest non- custom foot I can get is size 14. This leaves me in a stuck position. I can either buy two pairs of shoes every time I need a new pair and hope there's a model that comes in both sizes (then throw away the two I don't need, ugh), or I can spend thousands of dollars I don't have to find a prosthetist who can craft a foot of that size and have it done.

I figure it's time to be a little more forward and take the search public.

+New Balance, +Nike, +adidas; A new #amputee needs your help. I'm not asking for a handout, just the chance to buy one pair of #shoes direct so I won't have to throw away two perfectly good shoes every time I wear out a pair. At least humor me with a conversation on the issue, even if you can't help directly.

My fingers are crossed. This life change has been hard enough as it is, hopefully one of these companies can at least steer me in a helpful direction.
