I am now back up to being able to run (albeit very slowly) for a full 30 minutes, and about 90% of my former strength. Things are looking up. Off the chemo/steroids now, so I should be able to get back in the game.
That said, I HAVE been going to the gym, just haven't felt like sharing the little bit that I've been able to do there until this last week or so.
Think this counts as my workouts for this weekend? :)
