have the absolute worst credit departments! After a fraudulent purchase over four months ago, I finally got credited today. I reported the fraudulent activity the next morning, before the product even shipped. A couple weeks ago I received a letter stating their investigation found the purchase to be fraudulent. Of course when I call today they couldn't tell me the amount of my credit nor my new balance because it takes 48 hours. Yes, computers take 48 hours to subtract five digit numbers. Well, I guess more than 48 hours because I got the letter via postal mail a couple weeks ago.
How ridiculous is that?
