Easy access but watch out for the 1way streets. I will have to look around next time I am there.

Right off I5 and walking distance to many stores and downtown. Great views of Mount Shasta. Great dining depending on your tastes as there are many places to eat. Very interesting shops to buy everything from crystals to musical instruments and coffee shops.
