haha!

There's no such thing as programming bugs, it's just poor user training. If the users didn't expect the program to work correctly, they wouldn't be disappointed now, would they?

Tried my hand at crimping some Ethernet cable (Cat 5e). Tester cable didn't work. Did it 3 times 😞 wondering what's wrong...

Those copper leads are supposed to penetrate the individual wire sheathing. Lefty is all messed up. #latepost

Back in the 1980s, Chris Crawford was at Atari, and he produced a series of how-to videos for enthusiasts of its 400 and 800 computers on how to program them -- and you can watch.

WebHooks are really awesome in TFS. The only non-awesome thing about it is that there's only a few possibilities. I'd love to see a hook for code reviews specifically; created/updated/commented/closed/abandoned. Should contain a link to open in visual studio or view the shelf set on in the web view. I'm specifically asking for this in OnPremise, but obviously in Online too.

Okay developers, time to have a serious talk. As you are probably already aware, this week React, Babel, and a bunch of other high-profile packages on NPM broke. The reason they broke is rather astounding. A simple NPM package called left-pad that was a dependency of React, Babel, ...

Sporting my vintage Blogger hoodie today, obtained freely from Google when they bought the Blogger platform back in like '01/'02 sometime. Thanks, Google!

This is cool, http://www.tiltbrush.com. But I can't help but notice the obvious exclusion of Oculus Rift. This seems strangely platform dependant, Google. Is this simply the first cut, maybe more platforms in the future? Is it a limitation of Steam?

Definitely a tourist stop, but they don't play down the quality of their food or wine. Luca remains a tried and true spot because the food is very well prepared and flavor or skill for not take a backseat to a north end experience. Corn soup and rigatoni were wonderful.

I had this company clean the carpets in my new-to-me home in Sun Prairie just after purchase. They were prompt and timely in the service and explained the whole system to me as I had questions. Throughout the process, Tom showed me the dirt he was collecting off the carpet through this innovative system. I was impressed with Tom's professionalism, his respect for our home as he cleaned and his courteous, kind attitude. Will certainly use Advanced DRY CC again!!

Martin City Spare Ribs Special - TONS of ribs, finger-licking-good BBQ sauce, crispy fries. Simple, but delicious. Wife got the burnt ends sandwich, definitely the winner. The tart-sweet coleslaw combined with the sweet-savory BBQ was a party in the mouth. These guys make fabulous chicken tenders for kiddos as well.

Wonderful service. Wine recommendation by waiter was really spot on. I had the suppe di pesce, which was stunningly more pesce than suppe or pasta. A half lobster cut from head to tail, lots of fresh mussels and clams, shrimp and scallops, simply delicious. Olives and warm focaccia to start. I couldn't finish the whole dish, split it with a friend!

I just hired Jason for our SECOND purchase in Madison. Our first one was 9 years ago for a FSBO in Sun Prairie in which Jason was a great pleasure to work with. We were first time home buyers and Jason held our hand through the process. It ended up being a very difficult scenario where we had to file suit against the seller and Jason led us through the process giving advice on going to court, what we might expect from the court, how to do it and how not to do it. The whole time, he acted not only as my attorney, but as my friend and showed genuine care about our welfare. This second time, we went immediately to Jason because our experience with him was so phenomenal. Upon hearing my voice, he immediately recognized me and it was like old friends getting together. He counseled me on the next purchase, walked me through the inspection and contingencies, all the paperwork and closing with ease. He went above and beyond duty before and after closing, taking calls truly late at night when I interrupted family time. When he wasn't able to talk, he was up front about it. When it was his time to shine, he rocked. We will continue to hire Jason as long as we have real estate legal needs as he is the best and his 5-star reviews show it!

I've contracted Oliver's Plumbing twice for my 1900s-built home here in Sun Prairie. Ron's workmanship is superlative and timely. His manner is very kind, honest and personal. Both of the jobs I had done were on old construction that has been decaying. In the first situation, Ron replaced the toilet drain flange, which was cast-iron, a job I was not capable of. The second job was done today and he replaced my tub train, again, having to saw away hundred-year-old cast-iron drain pipes, removing a drum trap and replacing all that with modern PVC. No more clog, no more hair, and the construction is beautiful. I'd highly recommend Oliver's plumbing to anyone in the Madison area.

You'll be glad you stayed here. We stay in a hotel each time we visit my parents in Joliet. I've stayed at three hotels in the area now and Hampton is far and away the best in the immediate area. The room was very clean, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was not luxurious, but satisfactory and they had good coffee. When we checked in the manager said that the workout room had just been remodeled. Contrary to @Maithil, our reservation was right on the money, no hang ups at all.
