DO NOT RENT from ACE. PLEASE READ! I booked a Mid-Size SUV from ACE based on Expedia's suggestion. Here are my issues. 1. LONG WAIT for shuttle from airport. We waited well over 40 minutes for a shuttle to come and takes us to ACE's lot. Because they don't have regular shuttle service, everyone who rented from ACE was waiting to be taken to ACe's lot. This meant the shuttle was PACKED and my friend and I had to stand by the door because there we no room. 2. SLOW CUSTOMER SERVICE When we finally arrived at the lot to get our vehicle, there was more waiting because there was only 1 agent working the desk. When it is our turn, the desk agent informs us that all they have are mini-vans so we will have to take that. Because we were short on time and needed to get going, we reluctantly took the van instead of going back to the airport to go with another rental company. So then we're told they'll bring the van around when it's ready. We see the shuttle driver vaccuming out the van. It was then I realized, that there were a total of 2 people, running the business and the shuttle driver was pulling tripple duty manning the customer service desk, driving the shuttle and cleaning vehicles. No wonder everything is moving soo slow. 3. Bald tires. The tires were nearly bald and made noise in the rain when we tried to accellerate. 4. Bad Alignment. The steering wheel would vibrate at various speeds because one or two of the tires were not balanced which not only caused vibration while driving but caused the van to pull to the right while driving. Again, because we were pressed for time, we just lived with it. 5. Hassles galore. When it was time to return the vehicle to Ace's lot, we were told that we just missed the last shuttle of the day. It was 5:50pm! Their shuttle service to the airport stops at 5:45pm. So we had to take the vehicle to another location and drop it off there and catch a different companies shuttle to the airport. All around bad service and experience. My only hope is this review will save someone the hassle and frustration of dealing with this company. Rent your car somewhere else. You'll be happy you did.

#Terrible. Questionable sales tactics. Was told I must get the "FREE" tablet in order to get special pricing on a plan that would save me money. The "FREE" tablet was actually leased and the cost of that lease was rolled into the cost of the plan and required a data plan. I was told none of this. I was simply given the tablet. I called Sprint's customer support a few days after leaving the store, they told me I did NOT NEED the tablet to get the special pricing. Plus they told me that the store should return the tablet without any restocking fees or cost because the store mis-represented what they sold me. I returned to the Sprint store and called Sprint's customer service so they could tell the sales guy what they told me. The Sprint store sales guy actually argued with the Sprint's customer servicer person over the phone. He would not return the tablet without charging me a $75 restocking fee. Sprint's customer service told me they would send me a return packet and I could return it that way without being charged a restocking fee. After I got off the phone I left the store. Sprint's phone customer service was excellent and extremely helpful. This store was the complete opposite. #StayAway

1. Value: 3 movies for $8.50? Yes please! 2. Concession Stand. $1.00 hot dogs? Are you kidding me? Theaters charge $3 - $5 for a hot dog. 3. Popcorn. Best movie popcorn you can get anywhere. LOVE IT. 4. Fun. It's a blast packing up the car and family and heading to the Drive-In. Vali-Hi represents an important piece of American history which I hope never gets lost. You OWE it to yourself to go to a Drive-In at least once!

They advertised a special on their website: $39.99 for an air conditioner check up. No mention of a trip charge or any other exclusions / qualifications. I have them come out and they spend all of 20 minutes looking at my system. I then get a bill for $124.00! I paid the serviceman and called the company. The company was completely unaware of the special listed on their own website! Once I showed them the page, they basically said they're going to have to update their website and apologized. Unfortunately, they did not offer me any discount or refund and they even told me someone should have made me aware of the trip charge. They have an $89 trip charge. That means just to come to your place. they want $89 bucks. Anything they do on top of that is additional. Ask as many questions as you can BEFORE scheduling any kind of appointment. I found out the hard way. I am posting this so others don't have to.

Andy's food tastes pre-packaged, low grade, store bought and is overpriced. You'd be better off going to the super market yourself and cooking it yourself. I am NOT kidding. If you're feeling adventurous and want to give Andy's a shot anyway, here are my tips to help you have a semi-decent experience. 1. DON"T Order the Mac & Cheese. It looks like Kraft macaroni & cheese only it tastes worse. It's laughable they put shredded cheddar on top. Like it's some hand-made, gourmet Mac & Cheese. 2. ORDER burgers. They are the best thing on the menu. 3. Caution. The french fries are soggy and never crispy. Some people might like this style, I don't. Again, pretty bad. 4. Caution. The homemade (probably the only item not pre-packaged) potato chips are hit and miss. Some of them taste good while others taste burnt and just plan gross.

Clean office and friendly, helpful staff, made our first visit to this clinic a very positive experience. The doctor was very nice and informative. Overall I believe we got what we paid for. I definitely think you would do well bringing your pet to here.
