How a key works.  That's the best use of an animated GIF that I have ever seen. Now I'm off to my lock-picking class.

My steps for installing ArchLinux userspace on Android 4.2.1 running on Kindle Fire (Gen 1). A ridiculously specific case that I'm not sure many other people care about. :) ...but it nets me git and gcc directly on the Kindle Fire, and that's what I really wanted. Not surprisingly a lot of similarity with the ARM Chromebook.

This is very cool, as I have arch linux arm as a home server running samaba, nginx, mysql, php, etc. very well on a dockstar pogo device (1.2ghz kirkwood, with 128mb ram, 128mb nand), but am planning to keep the 2.3 os on the original fire, for prime instant video, which I'd lose with a 4.2.x upgrade, at least for now.

How to use a pre-built ArchLinux (ARM) environment on the Samsung Chromebook. This is a much cleaner setup than my previous method. And the real value is that package management (pacman) works well. So just a 'pacman -S git' away from git working on the Chromebook. (Notably without dropbox, getting stuff on and off the Chromebook is/was the most annoying part of use.)

I currently have a high end laptop that does 4 display outputs at once, but still has a build-on 1080 display. :/

This is the funniest thing I have seen shared on facebook (that I didn't see here first) in a long time!

I saw the talk here on G+ several months ago. This is the first time I've seen it with the audio removed and comedy pictures inserted, though.

Woot! Got NaCl toolchain running (natively) on ARM Chromebook. (i.e. self-contained development environment) -- This should make NaCl development considerably more convenient! :)

Using Dropbox-Updater bash script to access dropbox on ARM Chromebook (crosh). With added "sync" option for recursive downloads. Dropbox has really become a must-have for my own stuff. (If you're one of the very few people without a dropbox account, use my referral code so I can get extra space :) http://db.tt/6dQfcEO)

+Alex Trpkovic You can definitely do that, of course. Along with various other methods. But I find Dropbox extremely convenient since its client is available pretty much everywhere (except Chromebooks!) - and seamlessly going between my various tablet(s), pc(s), laptop(s), etc. is pretty compelling for me. But yeah, as +Richard Brown noted, it's mostly for personal projects and not anything where I'd consider security a major risk.

Anything in particular we should make sure to talk about?

Super excited! On Monday, 8 PST, I'll be doing an On-Air Hangout (here on Google Plus) with +Mike Acton.  We'll be talking about Mike's thoughts about leadership and being a leader in the game industry.  Come join us!

Ah, I'm an idiot.. skimmed trough the original post and missed that it is about leadership. If it is about leadership in a team environment it would be interesting to hear your thoughts on how to keep the team inspired and evolving. For example having a bit of "ownership" of what you are working on as an individual team member or just encouraging knowledge transferring in the team could be a couple of ways to keep team members encouraged.
