“Satan was about 10 foot tall, had huge 12 inch horns, was red,” Black said. “He told me he wanted to enter me. And I said okay, why not? He became a gas substance and entered through my belly button. It felt totally intense like I had just smoked PCP. At that point, I became Satan.”
I said okay, why not
Satan: Can I enter you?
Hippy: [Takes a puff of spliff, exhales deeply] Yeah, like, whatever dude.
A few seconds later...
Hippy: Woah, this shit is awesome!
Correction: informs me this is none other than Onyx the Fortuitous, and that his affectations are likely some sort of meta-awkwardness act. So more of a good-bad-good larping act.

So the Ashley Madison hack data was released. Without any computer savvy at all, anyone can now go and look up their own or their loved ones' email addresses to see if they had an account.
DO NOT DO THIS
This data is worthless and will do nothing but cause you unnecessary distress. Here's why.
a) Ashley Madison performed no email validation. This means that literally anyone could've created an account for literally anyone's email address.
b) Anyone who did use the service for nefarious purposes should've known better than to use their own public email address for the account. Creating a burner email account is trivial.
I'm not implicated in the hack, but I have personally spoken with people who I've verified - in person and independently - did not create accounts on AM whose emails are still noted as included in the data dump. It's only a matter of time until someone writes a Facebook or Google Contacts app to flag everyone affected on your contact list as being of low moral character. When this happens, DO NOT BELIEVE IT. Do not make decisions based on it, whether these decisions be about romantic or professional relationships. Do not gossip about it. Do not allow it to affect your life in any way. It is unverified nonsense and says literally nothing about the person.
If you have a strong suspicion, a burning urge, and absolutely must peek into the private lives of your fellow humans, the only credible source of wrongdoing included in the hack are the credit card records, and these are not accessible to you by any legit or even semi-legit means, at least by this point.
Both Avid Life Media (AM's parent company) and Impact Team (the hackers) should be held accountable for this travesty - for the countless good relationships dissolved, for the children displaced, and for their part in all of the domestic physical and emotional abuse that has undoubtedly already begun. Do not participate in either of their games.
Also: how long until Ashley Madison, the movie?
