For those willing to born today on our solar system its still better be here on Earth :)

How we’re already seeking life on TRAPPIST-1’s rocky planets

Small, red stars like TRAPPIST-1 can emit powerful flares of X-rays and UV radiation. Too much UV radiation could leave a planet lifeless – and since they orbit so close to their star, TRAPPIST-1’s planets are at particularly high risk.

So astronomers are puzzling out whether life could find a way, and if so how we could spot it.

Lisa Kaltenegger and Jack O’Malley-James, both at Cornell University in New York, examined how well different atmospheres could keep harmful radiation from reaching the surface of those planets in the habitable zone. They found that an atmosphere similar to present-day Earth’s would provide enough protection for life as we know it to survive there, even if the star turns out to be one of the most active of its type.

An atmosphere one-tenth as thick as ours would be less effective, letting through similar amounts of UV radiation to what Earth received 2 billion years ago – harsh, but still potentially amenable to life.

7 worlds 39 light years away... if they have a powerful enough telescope there, we're still babies learning to walk ;)

According to Tesla's superchargers map for 2017, It looks like there are 3 superchargers in Portugal (https://www.tesla.com/en_EU/supercharger?redirect=no).
I agree that Tesla superchargers should not be free for all situations. Whoever is traveling longer distances will need them available and fast chargers should not be busy with cars that can charge at home over night.
I have a smartphone capable of fast charging (Nexus 6P) but 99% of the times I charge it slowly over night because there is no need and I feel it doesn't stress batteries as much. So I carry the original USB-C fast charger but have several standard USB chargers laying around (work, home, car, etc) and very seldom use the fast charger.
The same happens with our Nissan LEAF, it charges over night at 16A because it's enough for all the round trips of about 4 days, so I have only fast charged it once to try the car's DC fast charging port.
