These people are absolutely very deceitful. Beware of George, Brian & Cesar all Crooks/Scam Artists !!! I Used them two days ago and what they said on the phone was completely inaccurate with what they delivered. Upon delivery of my furniture it cost me another $400 !! I received NO resolve trying to discuss with them. Be sure you receive what they say on the phone in writing (my BIG mistake prior to letting them move me) !!!! They would not even give me my receipt after I paid them???? My things are in storage now and I hope once I get them out there's not any damage. I will report them to the Better Business Bureau. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE !!!!!

Sucks. They hustled me and charged about $500 for my move out with "free storage" which was actually just an open warehouse with people stuff strewn around. When I actually was ready to move out of the warehouse a week later I tried calling Mighty Movers for 3 days and got no answer and no call back. When I finally got a hold of somebody he told me they could move me same day. Never got a call back. Then he told me it'd be the next day. The next day I called and he informed me he didn't know if they could get to it because someone else's stuff was in the way. Meanwhile I've been sitting in an empty house for 2 days. The actual moving guys were very professional, nice, and proficient. But I would never deal with this company again.

Sorry to see the negative reviews on here as I had a great experience with Mighty Movers. Everyone from Ronnie, Office Manager, Bryan, the owner and Luis, the lead mover on both of my moves from home to storage and then storage to home. We had to rearrange some things as we were originally scheduled to close on our new home on Friday and then have the movers come on Sunday. Things fell through so we contacted MM and they were very helpful with options, thus we ended up having them move all of our items into storage. When I discussed with Ronnie options for getting our stuff back to us, as our closing was moved to Wednesday, he tentatively set the move for Friday but told me to give him a call on Wednesday once we had keys in hand to see if they could swing that day. I called Ronnie Wednesday at 1:30 or so and by 2:00, Luis was packing the track with our items. They arrived, diligently worked on unloading and were very professional and good humored the entire time. I would definitely recommend them!

I have used Mighty Movers for 3 years in a row for an event move for my work at Children's Cancer Fund. For our largest fundraiser each year, we move to the event location the day before and then move back right after the event ends. Mighty Movers is always on time or early, very professional, hard workers who care and make sure that Children's Cancer Fund's event move is perfect since we are on a time crunch leading up to the fundraiser. I have also used Mighty Movers for a personal move, and they were equally awesome. I recommend them all the time!

STAY AWAY!!! These people are CROOKS. They broke my $850 coffee table and then HID the damage till they had left. They took 8 to 9 hours to do a bedroom apartment that was only 750 sqft. Everything was pre packed. I WAS MOVING FROM ONE SIDE OF THE SAME COMPLEX TO A BUILDING 4 buildings DOWN! Just had to get it down the stairs of the complex and into the truck... my husband and I saw how long it was taking...and we decided to watch them for a while. They would rap 1 piece of platic and pads...then call people on their phones...and sit and smoke. They were 3 hrs late just getting to my apt and didnt bother to let me know untill I called them 2 x n hour and left messages asking about what was going on. Then they did not even offer apologies for all of this. When they moved a few boxes into my apt at 11pm... yes at night...they stared at 4pm... they said they were tired and wanted to come back tomorrow...but that they would stop charging me now... I did not even jave a bed to sleep in... when I asked to speak to the manager.. the one larger man puffed up his chest to a teary eyed 21yr woman and said "No lady, thats not happening.".... these people are awful. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!! Check the Better Business Bureau cases on them. IM not kidding!

I Just called this company for a quote and the man i was talking to was rude for no apparent reason. He wanted all my information for just a quote and then wanted me to reserve $150 on my credit card and which i declined. He also told me that i couldn't cancel the schedule to move or they would keep my $150. Now this morning he called me again, name starts with B. and again rude on the phone for no reason and i told him that i found another company for a cheaper quote of $70/hr to their 125/hr and he doubted me "no you did not" and then furthered by saying "well good luck with that" and i hung up the phone. I think i dodge a bullet on this company, because if their customer service is a reflection of their service i want nothing to do with it.

Horrible! I almost never write a bad review. Most businesses are reputabile, and not one's I would consider to be a scam. Do not do business with Mighty Movers! First, they require a $50 deposit, which is not standard for moving companies. Secondly, they call you the day BEFORE you move to set a time. Does the time not work for you? Too bad! You can reschedule and pay ANOTHER $50 to set a time that works! Do you want to cancel instead? Guess what? Another $100 to cancel! If that's not a scam, I don't know what is. Add that to the worst customer service I've ever had with a company, and you get Mighty Movers. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!

Very refreshing to see a a company work so diligently and quickly. I felt like everything was treated with care when they loaded and unloaded for my move to Coppell. Everything was very efficient - from the initial phone call, to the actual moving process. Movers were friendly and professional. I can tell these guys have been doing this for years, and not just some random guys hired at the last second. Highly recommended.
