Horrible service, should they not communicate that due to the University strike, they at this point unable to verify any qualification. Poor leadership when companies aren't proactive.
Response from the owner - 3 months ago
Dear Mmasetshaba, We understand your frustration and MIE has updated our system to inform clients that various Universities are striking. Please keep in mind that we update as and when the Universities informs us. Also keep in mind there are Universities busy with graduations which is also causing delays. We are however working hard on getting feedback where possible. Again apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kind Regards, The MIE Team
