The results have been posted to the competition website.  Winners are listed on the home page.  If you'd like to see your scores just log into the system using your user ID and password and navigate to the My Entries and Info screen.  Score sheets and awards not claimed at the ceremony will be mailed out mid next week.  Thank you to all that entered and volunteered!

Registration is now closed!  Thank you to all that entered and best of luck in the competition!

One week left for registration and we're around 800 entries registered. Don't wait! If you've registered entries please pay up to insure your spot. We want to make sure that all of those that want to participate can!

We're two weeks into registration and we have over 500 entries registered. Remember, registration ends on Feb 7th or when we reach 850 paid entries, whichever comes first!

Brewer's Choice Announcement! For the 2015 competition one Extra Special / Strong Bitter (ESB, BJCP Category 8C) will be chosen by Milwaukee Brewing Company to be ramped up and served at the Milwaukee Ale House.

Wondering what BJCP guidelines we'll be using for the 2015 competition? Well wonder no more - we'll be using the 2008 guidelines but we'll also be accepting entries for the new 2014 categories as well. Once the 2014 guidelines are published we'll send out an update on how we will handle. Stay tuned!

Half of the score sheets were mailed out yesterday and the remaining went out today.  Everyone should have them by Monday or Tuesday.

We've received a few questions asking about what mini-bos means.  Here is a link to a doc on the BJCP website that explains the process -http://www.bjcp.org/docs/MiniBOS.pdf.  We are a two bottle competition, using 1 bottle for the primary judging and the mini-bos, and the 2nd bottle for the BoS round.

For those of you still interested in attending the Midwinter Brewfest on Feb 23rd there still are a few tickets available.  This fest highlights some awesome brews, meads, ciders, and food from Usingers.  Stop by the Beer Barons table and sample some awesome homebrews as well.  It's always a fun time and all of the proceeds go to the MACC fund.

We're capped!  If some spots open for due to entrants dropping out we'll post an update here.
