I'm thrilled to be at the top of this Huffington Post article this morning with this image I shot at Chris and Darcie's beautiful destination wedding-- what an amazing wedding <3: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/real-wedding-photos-that-are-undeniably-love-filled_us_5743069ce4b045cc9a71661d?ir=Weddings

Cody, looking all grown up and ready for his concert! heart emoticon PLUS, I've written a review on the Fuji X-Pro2 now that I've shot several weddings and sessions with it. If you are interested in knowing how Fuji's newest offering stacks up for wedding portrait photography, check it out. :) http://michelleturnerphotography.net/for-photographers/fuji-xpro2-review/ #fujixpro2 #xpro2review #xpro2wedding #fujifilm #myfujifilm

What an amazing hike today-- gorgeous light, pretty colors, and decent(ish) temps! I know that we only have a few of these days left this year, so I took the opportunity to shoot and light a bit on the hike! smile emoticon (Shot with the Fujifilm Cameras X-T10, 56 f/1.2, and the Profoto USA B2.) #fujifilm   #profoto   #xt10   #profotob2   #ocf

I was so excited to receive the unbelievably beautiful Click Magazine in the mail and to see two of my images used by my favorite vendors! Many thanks to Fujifilm and Profoto for the feature. And thanks to my gorgeous subjects Jackson (who got to pose for me on a beautiful August day) and Zofia and Mark (who I photographed on the coldest day on Nantucket EVER). #fujifilm   #profoto

It's almost time for the fall run of my Off Camera Flash workshop! It starts in one week, and this is your LAST CHANCE to take this course before spring.

The workshop is 100% online, includes 4 pdfs, hours of video, and an interactive forum. You can access the course from anywhere in the world (on your own schedule!), and it is open to everyone! Plus, I'm joined by the most INCREDIBLE TAs, Jennifer Tuor Bogle and Melissa LaCroix Stottmann. We'll make learning to light fun! heart emoticon Learn more and sign up here: http://www.clickinmoms.com/cmu/lighting-101-one-light-ocf/

Another shot from Nelson with my cooperative 13 year old (seriously-- this kid is so fabulous <3 ).  :)  I loved the look of this car / building but the light had gone down too much and things were looking pretty flat.  I wanted hard light to fit the image, so I created a pocket of hard light for Cody to stand in.  (Shot with the +Profoto  sun silver reflector and the brand spanking new Tamron 35 1.8.)  And HEY!  SPEAKING of shaping and creating light, Click Away in San Antonio is less than three weeks away!  I'll be speaking about photographing beyond the golden hour and how to shape natural and created light.  Check it out!  http://www.clickawayconference.com   #profoto   #clickinmoms   #clickaway   #tamron

Blair and Quig are getting married!  Here are a few quick images from their engagement session in Paris last night-- I had so much fun photographing them!  The light during the day was gorgeous-- we had beautiful natural light to work with-- and then I pulled out the OCF / Profoto gear later in the evening.  :)  More on the blog!  http://michelleturnerphotography.net/maine-wedding-photography/blair-and-quig-an-engagement-session-in-paris/
