Eating healthy can very well be affordable, exciting, as well as comforting without bringing all of the negative side effects that heavy, unhealthy foods bring. Lets face it – life is short, and we should all be living a life full of vibrancy, high energy, and happiness. I believe the foods we put in our bodies can very well determine our moods and how we feel every day.

Hey, everyone! I have been receiving a ton of questions on how I eat healthy on a really tight budget, so I laid out all of the foods that I eat on a regular basis below. As you will see, I also included what kinds of recipes can be used for these foods, as well as why these foods below are so beneficial for the body. Eating healthy can very well be affordable, exciting, as well as comforting without bringing all of the negative side effects that...

Check out these travel resources that will save you time, money, and tons more. Learn about au pair life, traveling on a budget, and backpacking throughout Europe.
Here on FITnancials, I talk all about health and saving money. I started traveling a couple years ago, which motivated me to start writing more about how to travel the world affordably. I've been to 4 continents altogether, backpacked throughout Europe by myself and met people from all over the world. I grew up pretty reliant and dependent on others, so doing this was no small feat, which is why I always encourage anyone and everyone to travel so...

Recently, I booked a half day rock climbing session with Cliffhanger Guides. It turned out to be one of the best days of my life! Our Joshua Tree rock climbing guide was Seth. From the moment we met him we knew we would have a fun time. He is very friendly and you can tell that he knows what he's doing. Our climbs were great and Seth also brought a super delicious lunch for us to eat midway through. Having Seth as our guide let me be able to enjoy our trip much more. He is an expert at what he does and I don't think there is anyone out there better than him. Next time we are in Joshua Tree, we will definitely be using Cliffhanger Guides. They know what they are doing and made our experience something that we will be talking about for a long time.
