Well researched article. But Google's been primarily a media conglomerate for so long now, that I don't expect make goods on search quality. Being an 'all things to all people' company rarely works, and I fear in reaching for that, they've lost the message in key areas. But they answer to Wall Street, not the public, and clearly, betting against them is not a winning position either.
 
If Google breaks promises it once made about search, does it need to better explain why to keep trust with users? That's the focus of my +Marketing Land column this week (and I think it should).

Realizing I am in the minority on this, I do not think WP is a good platform for enterprise in general - lots of caveats go with using it in that environment. It can be done, with asterisks ;)
