What an adventure Heather!
First Impression of Kuwait: It's HOT. And, I mean, HOT, oppressively HOT at all hours of the day and night. There is no respite from the heat unless you hide inside. Do you see windows on the house? No? They are there, b...

The day before Memorial Day I stopped by Main Street in Laurel. I focused on close ups of the store fronts and architecture. Additionally, I shot a few flags as I noticed that most of the businesses had flags flying.

Nice hotel, beautifully decorated. The halls were full of fans and dehumidifiers when I was there due to a customer that hung a hanger on a sprinkler. They hotel moved me on the next day above the affected floors. Friendly staff.

The Hyatt Regency Denver is a nicely appointed hotel that is right next door to the Denver Colorado Convention Center and what seems like the heart of downtown Denver. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The noise level is low. I would recommend.
