Do a ton of different variations of push-ups and work the entire body including chest, shoulders, triceps, core, abs, glutes.

Push-ups are a great exercise you can do from home and all you need is a stability ball for these.

Do you run out of ideas or get bored of your BREAKFASTS?
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and guess what?

My Prego friend, I want to show you this so that you can see that it is possible to be pregnant, grow a huge belly and then end up with a flat belly, ABS, and even in better shape than before pregnancy. I did! I'm in way better shape now than before my 2 pregnancies.

I know you fear all the weight gain, the stretch marks, more cellulite. But all that is bad rap women have given pregnancy because they didn't take care of themselves when they were pregnant.

If you exercise and make the right food choices you WILL lose all your baby weight super fast and get in better shape than ever.

I followed my Fit Mom To Be Workouts and my Pregnancy Diet Plan during both my pregnancies. The workouts were totally doable and a lot of times I did them from home, I had more energy, better mood, less aches and pains and only gained 20 lbs. my belly was huge but I lost it all!

You can do this too.

You just need a plan, some accountability, to commit to a good nutrition plan so you know what to do.
