I've called Kramer Law Firm several times over the past few years for guidance on different issues. In all instances Steve has given me the various options for my situations so I can make an educated decision on what's the best for me and my life. Without a doubt they are a firm who can be trusted to provide solid advice and whatever options may be available. I'll continue to use them when I things arise where I need legal guidance.

I've spoken to the firm on two separate occasions for two separate matters. One was to get advice on letting a property go into foreclosure and the other was for a family matter. In both instances the attorneys I spoke with (one was Steve and I can't recall the other) gave me solid advice on how to move forward. I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing legal assistance.

Super attentive staff. Have great FourSquare specials (which is what got me into their store for the very first time and now I go there all the time). Since I'm new to the area I'm not sure what their prices are in comparison to other places but that doesn't matter to me. Quality of the flowers is great.

I was initially introduced to their offices through a LivingSocial Deal I had purchased for 3 laser therapy pain treatments. I've had chronic pain in my hip for at least three years now and was somewhat desperate to eliminate the pain. Some time after purchasing the LivingSocial deal I threw out my back and knew that physical therapy was necessary to regain strength in the affected muscles (and surrounding area). After my first laser treatment on the hip - I was literally amazed at how much better I felt. The pain was not entirely gone but considerably reduced from what I have been living with on a daily basis for the last 3 years. I've had four sessions so far and the pain continues to decrease. As a "bonus" all of the staff is so incredibly nice, they know you on a first name basis, they're kind and funny. As we discussed my treatment plan (during my evaluation visit) they were very considerate about my budget and the out of pocket costs associated with the plan. Brandy even went so far as to call my insurance company to find out what was/wasn't covered. They go above and beyond what I had expected. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Summary: I'll never go here again. (4848 S. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota location) Another optical center will get my business. Apparent lack of customer service. I called on Monday, Feb. 6th to make my appointment for today, Wed. Feb 8th. At that time I was given multiple appointment time options. This would lead someone to believe they really aren't that busy (which isn't necessarily bad but could be an indicator). #1 - I arrived early for my 5:30 appointment this evening. Even though there was a lady at the desk when I came in she didn't acknowledge me (she didn't even bother to raise her head to make eye contact). I found the "sign in sheet" on my own, signed in and went to the seating/waiting area. #2 - I was given the new patient paperwork after a short wait (totally cool with that). When I finished with the paperwork I asked where the restroom was. I was dismayed to find it smelly and without both toilet paper and paper towels. #3 - After waiting 35 minutes past my appointment time I got up to cancel my appointment. The lady did explain that they were super busy today and behind schedule. She asked if I would like to re-schedule. I explained I was going to find another place to go. Do they double book appointments? Possibly. Whether they do or not is not of huge importance to me but it is important to me that I'm greeted when I walk in, that a bathroom has toilet paper and paper towels. And, for goodness sake, if you are behind schedule please tell me when you hand me the new patient paperwork and give me the option to re-schedule at another time. At least that indicates you take into account that my time is valuable. How much longer would I have had to wait? I honestly have no idea. What I do know is that there was one doctor working and another patient had literally just walked into the exam room when I made the decision to leave. At the end of the day I have more options than I could probably count on both hands and I choose to spend my money with a company that demonstrates they care about their customers.

I've worked with Project Center for several years now, both for my own printing needs as well as needs my own clients have had. In ever instance the experience has been great. My clients were delighted to find out that the rates were less than they had paid in the past through other companies. Most notably I had a client who needed a rush job ---and I contacted Project Center late in the afternoon. Their rush rate was reasonable and the job was completed and shipped that same day, despite the lateness in which we submitted the order. I'm incredibly pleased with them and will continue to use them.

I've hired Brian to do a custom coded Facebook tab for a client. He was incredibly easy to work with, quick and took the next-to-nothing suggestions from the client and turned the tab into a great "greeting" for new fans. Since then I have recommended him to a number of others that were looking for the same type of work. I do know he does other work aside from Facebook custom tabs, such as Twitter backgrounds (another client of mine hired him for her's and she loved it). He's a great designer and stays up to speed with changes in the field. Your Virtual Assistant (Michelle Mangen) @mmangen
