Michelle Malsbury has worked many jobs that have helped to broaden her perspective on work and work processes that can be improved upon. She is an expert in the areas of efficiency and cutting waste.
Michelle is an avid volunteer and loves animals and animal rights forums in particular.
Previously she worked as a Senior Consultant for Management Advisory Group International, Inc. where she writes RFP's and conducts division/department head interviews, leads job analysis orientations and helps rewrite job descriptions/job classifications, compiles information for salary and benefits surveys, and more as a human resource in the public sector consultant.
Michelle has taught high school, both inner city and private, as well as, college. She believes that without transparency and oversight teachers are the largest part of why our educational system are failing our children. Tenure should be earned and not dolled out according to number of years on a job. Evaluations should be conducted annually and at 360 degrees to ensure that all parties to this job are satisfied with the outcome each and every year. Quality begets quality!
Michelle holds a Masters degree and Bachelors degree in Business Management and has three plus years into her PhD with a concentration in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl.
