One of the biggest challenges of being a #motherrunner is the lack of emphasis on recovery. In fact, my recovery is often non-existent if the kids meet me at the door after a run. So I need strategies in place to help me sneak in recovery while also being there for my kids.

My style is usually very simple. Simple because I just don’t spend all that much time thinking about it.
