Tell me what you eat, and I'll tell you who you are.

Over 23 years in the Natural Health industry and 16 of those as a qualified Naturopath, Clinical Nutritionist, Eye Diagnostician, Medical Herbalist and health nut ( wink emoticon ) I can say I've gotten pretty good at knowing intuitively what is happening inside a person. Just by their diet - or shopping trolley alone.

I love what I do. My passion for health knows no bounds. It's what drives me each day. Striving for better health for myself, my family, my friends and my clients. I'm always working on how I can leave this planet in a healthier condition than when I entered it.

Health, longevity, anti aging, vitality, vibrance, delight, exuberance. That is what I strive for

What you put in your body is important. Make healthy choices.
Eat more berries, more stone fruit, more root vegies, and definitely, more leafy greens!
These are foundation foods. These are what feed the body and help it rebuild healthy cells.

The food you eat will either build a healthy you in the future, or destroy your health.

If the thought of eating leafy greens is unpalatable, try adding some to a cacao hemp seed smoothie. You wont notice that they're included! Eventually, as your body starts to get supreme nutrition, it will start to crave healthier options.

Give your taste buds a chance to re-educate themselves. They need to unlearn the chemical additives from processed foods.

How many of us experience true health? What is true health anyway? Is it the absence of disease or is it more than that?
