Thanks for the nice share Chris. Look for this guy on Venice Beach
So on Venice Beach this is the funniest guy out there. You've likely seen him in movies. His name is Harry Perry and he skates and plays guitar all up and down the boardwalk. After buying a photo, cd and shirt he posed for me a bit and blessed me with an abundance of money. He was kinda shocked when I offered to shake his hand, I guess not many people do. He looks like homeless person but he's actually a fairly smart business honest guy. After handing him a $100 bill to make change he given the enviroment he could have just rolled off and said I gave it to him. But he made change like a business man. Very nice energy. This was my first time doing street/people shooting turned out to be a lot of fun in this sort of place. Stay tuned for more pictures and follow me on Google+ for I'll be posting more there since theres no edgerank.

Social Media Wisdom from Gary W. Goldstein

Over the past few weeks, +Gary W. Goldstein has been making appearances on The Creative Connection HOA by In case you don't know who Gary is, he is an extremely successful movie producer and Hollywood influencer, perhaps best known for his film, Pretty Woman.

What many don't know is that Gary is also a brilliant teacher. He has spent decades helping rising talent find their way into Hollywood, and as it turns out, his advice and wisdom can actually be applied to many businesses, and social media in particular.

For instance, one of Gary's most important tenets is that Relationships Come First. He said that, "My mantra, and the key to all my success is simple: relationships over results, always."

As I listened to Gary talk, I knew that I had to share with you his fascinating perspective and stories. He offers us lessons on:

1. Building Relationships
2. Targeted Marketing
3. Influencer Marketing
4. Content Marketing

And he also has fantastic advice for people in general, like the importance of limiting distractions,  or how and why you should seek out a mentor for yourself.

Learn more:

I know that everyone who has listened to Gary during one of his HOAs has been impacted in different ways. After you've had a chance to soak in his wisdom, I'm really interested to hear what it was that really touched you. Did you find new insight into social media marketing, or perhaps something more personal? Did Gary inspire your creativity, or was it just plain fun to listen to someone that involved in Hollywood?

The Amazing Benefits of Your New Twitter Profile
Twitter has unveiled a major profile change that allows us to use much more space on the screen, relies heavily on photos, and perhaps most importantly, allows us to communicate much, much more about ourselves than the original Twitter profile did.

The big question we are asking ourselves as marketers is, how can we make the new Twitter profile settings work better for us? Here are 5 amazing benefits the new Twitter profile offers to marketers.

> Select a REALLY GOOD image to use. Choose a descriptive image that effectively conveys your message. Recommended size is 1500 x 500.

> Pin your favorite Tweet at the top. The new Twitter profile allows you to pin your favorite tweet, or better yet, a Tweet advertising your latest promotion; at the top of your page.

> Find your best Tweets and study them. Twitter will automatically enlarge the Tweets that receive the most engagement. Find them and determine what made them the best for audience engagement.

> Filter other timelines. Twitter allows you to filter through other people’s timelines by tweet, tweets with photos/videos, or tweets and replies.

> Share more multi-media posts. Given that Twitter has moved to a more visual presentation, it has become increasingly important to include captivating images and videos to convey your message.
