Sorry I missed your event, but I'm stuck in the swamps of LA, where I'm working at a middle school.

This was a very long, but enjoyable excursion. Our group was 19 people, our guide was Pascal. Pascal was very informative, friendly, helpful, and nice. She did a lot to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The tour left from Reykjavik, about 30 minutes late, and the drive along the coast was about 9.5 hours in the bus with stops. We stopped at many gas stations and snack shops along the way for food breaks, and bathroom breaks. We saw two waterfalls, the black sand beach, the Icelandic horses, a washed out bridge from a volcanic eruption several decades ago, and then ended up at our guest house late in the evening. They gave us only 30-45 minutes of time to explore at each location... I wish we'd had a little more time to take pictures and explore, but it was a long haul to get to the guest house, so I understand why the time was limited at each location. The dinner served at the guest house was delicious, but expensive (you have to pay for dinner, it's not included in the cost). The rooms were comfortable but basic, and it was hard to adjust the room to a good temperature (we woke up cold in the night and morning). The wifi was non-existent... they say they have wifi, but you're lucky to get a signal, or have it actually work. The breakfast was included and it was tasty. Eggs, bacon, beans, sausage, toast, cereal, juice, coffee, tea, etc. Breakfast and waking was early (7:30am) and then we were off to see the ice caves. We loaded up into big 4x4 vans that drove us to the glacier and it was a fun adventure. I really enjoyed this drive. The ice caves are amazing and totally worth it! Lots of time to explore the cave and take pictures. The caves are different for every tour, so I won't describe our particular cave, but I would imagine they're similar, so if that's the case, there is some "hands and knees" crawling to see parts of the cave. If you have your own knee pads, bring them!!!! Crawling on river rocks is painful on the knee caps. After the ice caves we saw the Glacier Lagoon which was gorgeous. Only 45 minutes here as well, and then on the road back to Reykjavik. One more stop to see a glacier (unplanned stop and a bonus to our trip). Then a very long 7.5 hour drive back to Reykjavik. Bus was too warm, and requests to lower the heat didn't help. We were supposed to try and hunt for the northern lights on the way back, but it was cloudy, so no luck. Overall, this was a very enjoyable and decent tour. I would recommend it for the scenery, and the ice caves. Visited February 2016

I just installed Dixon Security Cameras around my home and this company is top notch! Friendly, professional, efficient, courteous, clean, and all of that will incredible customer service. In addition, their cameras are top notch as well!! I was impressed with the entire process of working with Dixon and would definitely hire them again, and recommend them to anyone looking to add a security feature to their home or business. Very happy customer.

My furnace stopped working on 1/21/14, and my regular technician couldn't come out for a couple of days. I called Action and they came to assess the problem. I was told that my heat exchange was cracked and they couldn't fix it. They told me the only option was to get a new furnace. Being that my furnace was 25 years old, and they showed me what looked like a crack with their little telescopic lens camera, I believed them. They sold me the new furnace and the guys came out the same day to install it. After having the furnace installed, I had a feeling I was scammed, so I read reviews online and it seems several others have been told their "heat exchange is cracked" and needed to replace their furnace. Definitely fishy, but there was nothing I could do at that point. The day after the new furnace was installed, on 1/22/14 I left for a business trip and was gone through the weekend. I came home on 1/27/14 to a basement that reeked of natural gas. There was an obvious leak, so I called Action and they sent a technician out. The technician found and repaired the leak, but informed me that the furnace wasn't installed correctly, and that my humidifier unit hadn't been hooked up as well. He told me he'd request a technician to come out to hook it up (why he couldn't do it, I don't know). I told him that the furnace was brand new, and had to be replaced because of a broken part. He responded and said "Was it the heat exchange?" and I said it was. How would he have known that, and specifically named the exact part that was broken? Seems pretty clear that the heat exchange is a scam being run by Action to sell new furnaces. Today, 1/29/14, the technician was supposed to come around 3:30pm, but didn't actually show up until 8pm. He hooked up my humidifier, but noticed that the furnace piping was leaking and said he'd have to have another technician come out to make that repair because he didn't have the tools with him. He left, and two hours later, my son came upstairs to ask why it was so hot in our house. I looked at the thermostat and it read 80 degrees (I keep my thermostat at 70 degrees). I checked and the furnace was just running, even though the thermostats were set to turn off at 70. I called the technician back, explained that the furnace wasn't shutting off, and he said "I know what the problem is, I didn't remove the bypass wire I used to make the furnace run." He said it would take him a while to get back out to my house to fix it. He finally showed up at 10:30pm, removed the wire and all was fixed. I'm not faulting the technicians. They have been great. The guys who installed my furnace were here for 8 hours, from 4pm-Midnight. They had already been working a full day and were in overtime. The guy who fixed the gas leak was also great. And the guy who fixed my humidifier, and came back out to remove the bypass wire was also great. I think these guys are probably overworked and tired, they seem to work extremely late hours. What I don't like is the feeling that I got scammed into buying a new furnace for $3000, and then having problem after problem with it since it was installed. It makes me hesitant to continue using them. I'm posting this review so that my story is known to others who may be considering using Action.

I've been seeing Sarah for a couple of years now, for routine massage maintenance. She is, by far, one of the best massage therapists I've ever worked with. She knows how to fix my issues and keep me feeling great. Her office is in a great location, and she also makes house calls if you don't want to travel!! Can't beat that! And, her prices are very fair. She even offers pricing packages with discounts. She's friendly, professional, and it's very comfortable to work with her. I very highly recommend her services!!
