"I consider that the chief dangers that confront the coming century will be religion without the Holy Ghost, Christianity without Christ, forgiveness without repentance, salvation without regeneration, politics without God, and heaven without hell." -General William Booth

I'm biased because I work for Jim and Tammy. Having said that allow me to observe that their shingle mill is a special place. They make a quality hand crafted shingle. Gone, of course, are the days when you'd shave a shingle from a log using hand tools. The Longfellow family, however, adds humanity to quality. If you want the big corporate, machine made look and experience you'll need to look elsewhere. For a warm, down-home Maine shingle purchasing experience go with Longfellows Cedar Shingle and Shakes!

Talk about the pot calling the kettle black. Years ago Mr. Flanders sabotaged my wife's Amazon page with a vicious photoshopped image of her. There is nothing more wicked than mocking a woman's appearance. He made her to appear as Satan, calculating that this mockery would do the most emotional damage since my wife is a Christian musician. Fortunately, my wife is a very strong Christian lady so it didn't affect her. I've met many mean people in my work as a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ, lovingly addressing the issue of "gay" rights. Mr. Flanders is, by far, the most vicious, determined and hateful. It saddens me to see his unfair and supremely inaccurate comment appear first in Peter's comment section on his Google Maps page. Unfortunately Google provides no mechanism for removing comments. I told Peter this can only help him if he brings attention to it. Any fair minded person will quickly realize how Mr. Flanders has viciously twisted the light-hearted content on Peter's website. Peter is a good and courageous friend who always goes above and beyond. He has been my computer and network technician for many years. He is the best. I trust him completely. I'm back in editing this comment. After posting I realized that new comments are published above old ones. Post your supportive comments and the wickedness will become less visible.
