My stay was very nice. I found the room to be very clean, quiet, and we'll taken care of. The internet was faster than most places I've stayed in. I was averaging 8 megabits down and 2 up. Overall I was pleased and I will stay again if I return to Albany.

In my personal opinion, Walton on The Chattahoochee is unmatched in apartment living around the Atlanta area. From the moment you enter the property you are taken aback by the stunning beauty by how well every part of the community is kept. Then you enter the Leasing Lodge where all of the employees are so very nice and ALWAYS willing to help with anything that you need! Like many apartments Walton has onsite laundry centers, tennis courts and fitness centers, but what REALLY sets them apart is how they build community. Walton on The Chattahoochee has hired a small team of people to provide resident events and activities for all ages to enjoy. Anything from monthly game nights with residents in the on site Coffee House (Land of a Thousand Hills Coffee) to river tubing trips, and an annual summer music festival held on their amazing lush green riverside park! All of these events are free for residents and they provide a really great way to get to know your neighbors...which is a BIG DEAL! It's soo nice to walk outside and say hello to familiar faces and make new friends. My wife and I have lived at Walton on The Chattahoochee for two years now, and we just signed up for another year lease because everything has just been so great! THIS is home!!

Very friendly staff that really went the extant mile. They give me a generous discount and still went out of their way to give me outstanding service. I didn't feel cornered to spend money on anything extra, which was a refreshing change from oil change places I've been to.
