Overcoming fear and inertia to grow small business revenue!
If somebody offered to give you three dollars if you gave them one dollar, would you take it? Assuming you trust the person, you’d be silly not to triple your money.Nielsen, the research firm, conducted over 800 marketing studies in the past 7 years. They found that digital marketing has an average ROI of 300%. In plain English, that means the return on investment of one dollar, invested in digital marketing, results in three dollars of business...

Three Frameworks To Rapidly Triple Your Revenue

If somebody offered to give you three dollars if you gave them one dollar, would you take it?  Nielsen conducted 800 studies over 7 years and found digital marketing has a return on investment averaging 300%.  A Forbes study suggests that most small business owners aren’t taking advantage of digital marketing.  Why not?  Fear, knowledge, time, etc. are all reasons while as a group, we small business owners are letting a huge opportunity pass us by.

The +Freelancer Plus Ezine | A New Dawn
- New archive on +Listly, starting today

Much to my horror, +Bitly is dropping bundles. They are replacing bundles with tags, but we all know how well tags work out in the wild.

Even here on G+, hashtag search is woeful. And Google has semantics and the biggest search technology in the world up their collective sleeves.

h/t to +Frank Gainsford for helping me discover that gem about Bitly. But I digress.

New archive for the F+ Free Daily Ezine
Not one to let the grass grow, I've gone for an alternative. Seeing +Michael Nelson use Listly lists to great effect, I thought I'd give it a try.

My first list will replace the aforementioned F+ Daily Branding Ezine archive I'd began to build on Bit.ly.

So, without further ado, here's today's edition; headlining, we have:
> 3D Viewing of Google Art's Ancient Artifacts; +The Next Web
> Branding Within a Brand: How to Do it Right; +Pace
> YouTube Plans Ad-Free Subscription Service; +The SEM Post
> 4 Ways to Use Twitter Video for Your Business; +Social Media Examiner
> UK Biz Holds Back on Capital Investment. +Harrison Beale & Owen Limited

I'm hoping that Bitly will at least give us the opportunity of extracting our bundles by way of .csv so that we can repurpose the data. I can't see it but, with the much better sharing option with Listly, its Chrome extension and Markdown-based commentary system, this cloud really does have a silver lining.

Hi-ho, Listly, awaaaaaayyyyyyyyy
Going it alone is a tough gig. Keeping up with your industry news is one thing. Learning how to market yourself, too? Another entirely. ### Personal Branding Matters I wanted **1 place** I could read the type of content that would help me make a difference. With nothing doing, I created my own ezine. Covering: - search n social - entrepreneurship and branding - financial tips and solutions [Freelancer Plus](http://ezine.zebedeerox.com)...

Three Frameworks To Rapidly Triple Your Revenue

I wrote this post in response to a few questions I'd received about how to organize a business in order to use digital marketing.  I did some research and the numbers really surprised me.

Touching A NerveWriting about our marketing need to STOP the madness and just say NO to endless short-term manipulations I stepped on the third rail. At first I couldn't understand the vehemence in some responses. "People only care about money," characterized about 20% of the comments. Most believed in the "greater good" went about 80% of the notes. The discussion, started after reading and sharing reaction to Simon Sinek's Start with Why book, r...
