Wow, an awesome video. If it makes any difference, I first became interested in Ubuntu and Mint about 2 years ago. I stumbled across some of your videos about command lines and bash. The fact that I was watching a lovely woman teach this to me was just an awesome bonus.

I guess I could have watched anyone teach me about how to more effectively use Linux distros but yours actually kept me interested because it was so nice to see a beautiful woman that could be just as nerdy asu me and keep it totally interesting. So thanks for that, Nixie!

+Bertel King I ready the article you posted on the Amazon Dash.  All of the blogs are posting about it and the comments section of each one seems to be littered with people oddly excited about this gadget.  How is this device anything more than an updated version of the Cuecat which failed miserably.  The biggest difference being that it's only tied to Amazon, whereas the Cuecat did Internet searches.

No disrespect on the article.  I think you're a fine writer and I enjoy reading your posts.  My comments are directed at the device itself.

How bad are the Common Core State Standards horror stories getting? A friend of mine in Scotland sent me this video, saying that he was speechless, and that this is so bad, they don't even have this in socialist Europe. Welcome to the Common Core, where children are taught the principles of social justice and socialist agitation.

The Senate maintains strict rules on the type of content that can be posted on Senate.gov sites. Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev) seems to have violated those rules by setting up a page attacking the Koch Brothers on his Senate web site.

During his Tuesday evening monologue Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon blasted the Obamacare 7.1 million enrollment figure quipping among other things, "It’s amazing what you can achieve when you make something mandatory and fine people if they don’t do it, and then keep extending the deadline for months."

Great wait staff. The one in Bowie has always had the best waitresses. Very friendly. The food is good too.

Before moving to Boones, I took several rides through the property and was always greeted by friendly people waving hello. After moving in, I realized that I hadn't owned a lawn mower in a long time after living in town homes and apartments. One of my neighbors took pity on me and mowed my lawn until I could go out an buy a mower. We've already made friends and couldn't ask for nicer staff at the office. They've been very helpful with our move.

While some complain about the price, you really do get what you pay for. I've been to good Hibachi grill shows but the food was mediocre. At Fuji, the show is mediocre but the food is great. I came for the food. If you are in to sushi and sashimi, Fuji has a fantastic mix of available seafood in some entertaining presentations. When it comes to sashimi, you really have to rust the place you get it from or you take terrible risks. Fuji has top quality sashimi with genrous portion sizes and the perfect chill.

Every dish we tried was bland and uninspired. The best I can say is it won't make you sick. It's worth it to avoid this place.

Interesting decor but one of the worst run chains ever. I've been to two different ones and they were both out of nearly evening on the menu. I had to bargain for lower prices due to the stupidity of basic menu items always being out. Kids order mac n cheese. What restaurant runs out of that? I'll never go again.

This former Hardee's, turned "Mexican restaurant" was once really good. During its first year the food was fantastic, then something happened. The food went bland, the service ask but disappeared. The upkeep of the place went to pot. It's time to avoid this place like the abandoned fast food joint it once was.

Holy cow! The portion sizes are out of control. Great bang for the buck but you WILL end up taking some home. Incredibly fast service too. Definitely worth the trip.
