MBTI Profile: INTPIntroverted iNtuitive Thinking Perceiving
aka The Architect
Architects are rare - maybe one percent of the population - and show the greatest precision in thought and speech of all the types. They tend to see distinctions and inconsistencies instantaneously, and can detect contradictions no matter when or where they were made.
Ruthless pragmatists about ideas, and insatiably curious, Architects are driven to find the most efficient means to their ends, and they will learn in any manner and degree they can. They will listen to amateurs if their ideas are useful, and will ignore the experts if theirs are not. Authority derived from office, credential, or celebrity does not impress them. Architects are interested only in what make sense, and thus only statements that are consistent and coherent carry any weight with them.
My Sun and Moon signs are both Aquarius.
This summary seems to fit me quite well:
I tend to be unpredictable, broadminded, exciting, independent and above all ‘different’ and eccentric. I can be a mad scientist at times, and can have some very unusual and radical ideas and approaches to life, while often coming across as highly mysterious. Often I have unique views which can make me fascinating.I'm not interested in winning approval or compliments, which sometimes causes me to appear non-conforming, shocking or tactless. Since I am not concerned as to what other people think of me, I often don't bother forming opinions about other people's behavior; a 'live and let live' attitude. Along these lines, I try not to be involved in gossip, or ever be petty.I am a rebel at heart, and may even be known to do things just to shock people. Intellectual, radical and exciting, I may view others as slightly predictable and stuffy, while appreciating those who are slightly unique. It's possible I may come across as detached and distant. If this is the case, it's not because I'm indifferent to others, I am just more concerned with humanity as a whole, rather than any one individual.
You can either choose the heart or the fist, but you will connect with me if your path intersect with me.
Where is the peace in more is better?
True nobility is not being better than anybody else,
it is about being better than you used to be.
If you change the way you look at things,
the things you look at change.
If you always look to the past for advice,
you will never see the future.
You don't stop laughing because you grow old,
you grow old because you stop laughing.
The only reason some people get lost in thought
is because it's unfamiliar territory.
A wise man knows he has limits.
A great man knows he has none.
Either blindly agree or disagree,
both ways save you from thinking.
Believe that you can or believe that you can't,
either way you are right.
