They have done around here too, just the coverage is so poor in between the towns where we live I'm about to switch to Telstra :-|

I used to play at Mildura when I was young like that... I got sick of losing every time so to give a fair go they use to play the losers together and still lost > me legs were too short!!

Sounds all doom and gloom for the US, but doesn't this apply to the rest of the world as well!?
The US Department of Transportation (USDOT) just released "Beyond Traffic," a study best described as a dire warning about how the country's arterial lines will clog and implode over the next...

Countries like China and India have probably got it worse, and with a different socio-econmic mix, driverless cars are out of the question for a lot of people? Australia is probably better off than the US, but this is probably looking like a singularity problem across the world, we're all going to hit it.

Stan V Presto V Quickflix V Netflix (US & Aus) It's all livening up and looking promising here for the Aus streaming market, I'm just not keen on 3+ subscriptions per month to watch all the content I desire...I wonder what the answer is here.

Years ago Apple and iTunes broke down the music industry to a per song/album purchase model and now we have the unlimited streaming models from various services.

Will Google and Apple change their models from pay per view to unlimited streaming for a flat monthly rate, Google has done this for the music space already?

All sorts of interesting business models start to emerge here for both the streaming providers, the producers of the shows and the consumers...watch this space I say

Not that I am going to buy one right now, but why the hell are they not available for purchase!?

I mean, put it in the packaging and put an Aussie address on the delivery label, easy!

But yes, really stupid that things can't just be launched globally, or at least ordered and imported legitimately.

One might've hoped that's the sort of crap that the TPP world resolve, but sorry, the TPP is not to benefit the people. Sigh.

This looks like a good idea, and should possibly to open to children younger or earlier then grade 6.
Our daughter who's in grade 4 could already understand and benefit from this now

Introduction
Where am I?
Currently living in Narooma with my wife and three children.
What do I do?
I work in the Tourism and IT industries. We (my wife and I) are the onsite managers of some holiday apartments on the South Coast of NSW. I also run my own small IT consultancy business where I work with local (and sometimes not so local) small businesses and organisations to streamline their use of technology.

I have always had a passion for Open Source software and open communication to aid in business development which is where working with small businesses can really benefit their bottom line. I just really enjoy tinkering with technology!

This has to be one of the best finds of the trip! It is right in the heart of the action, with all the "local" places right out side the front door, you get the feel of the true, non tourist Rome as soon as you step out the door. The room was immaculate, clean and well presented with all the mod cons, free Wifi included. Breakfast was very nice and the staff very helpful. Definitely recommend this and would stay again in a heartbeat!

A great Irish pub on one of the main streets. Great service and beer at the perfect temperature, not too warm and not chilled to be flavourless.

Service by office and ground staff was exceptional and the cleanliness of amenities was too. Our in-laws had an ensuite van site which accomodated their large dual axle van with room to spare. The cabin we stayed in appeared practically brand new and was spotless. Couldnt give a higher recommendation for a caravan park. We will be back!
