Introduction
An outdoors cameraman, as they say in Japan.  I'm always chasing the million dollar shot with a digital camera.  I'm going after wildlife, nature, landscapes, seascapes, culture, festivals, historical sites; if it's outdoors and the light is right.  When I'm not shooting a camera, I'm developing photos, researching or writing.

This establishment is one of the few places, I've returned to eat at for a third time in the same week. Good old-fashioned home cooked barbecue is a treat when you are living in the Ryukyu Islands. American style BBQ on a bun, barbecued ribs, homemade potato salad and coleslaw, are just a few of the items I sampled and all were excellent.
