I bought what I thought was a nice leather sectional couch, with the expectation that it would last many years. Three years into owning it, it is peeling just from regular use where we normally sit. I called Hamilton Sofa Gallery hoping they would be able to make it right and was told that after one year, you are on your own. Incredibly disappointing product and incredibly disappointing customer experience. They will never get my business again. If I wanted a couch that was only going to last a few years, I would have just saved my money and gone to IKEA and hoped for the best.
