Introduction
I co-founded Armchair Builder to help people build, remodel and repair their dream home.  My goal is to help you save money and get exactly what you want.

There are some unscrupulous people in the construction and repair of homes...let us be your trusted friend in the building business.

Bragging rights
1) I have built, remodeled, and repaired thousands of homes across the U.S. 2) We donate a portion of ongoing profits from Armchair Builder to Habitat for Humanity because everyone should have a place to call home. 3) I love helping people build things.

Island Air Conditioning just finished up the installation of our new air conditioning system. The guys showed up when they were supposed to, did a quality installation job, and cleaned up when they were done. Greg listened to our needs and gave us what we wanted...and didn't try to sell us something else. Our new mini-split system is as cold as ice. We received bids from three different companies and Island Air Conditioning had the best price. I will recommend these guys to all our friends and family. Thanks guys! Michael Wailea, Maui
