Thank you Bill.  We have google fiber here in Kansas City and it has made a world of difference, not just in speed, but innovation and speed.  Net Neutrality and competition are not an "either / or" proposition.  We must defend Net Neutrality (which is already under attack...again) and encourage competition on the municipal and state level.  Google Fiber is leading the way to jump start innovation and I would encourage any community to resist ordinances that restrict competition.

Great post.

... but the big telcos and cable companies don't really want competition -- there's too much greed in them for that!

Sorry to be the contrarian, but science and religion..."faith" are two different things. God does not exist because of science, and we don't need science to prove God exists. God is. We have faith in God. Those who don't, don't. We do not "believe" in science or evolution. These are scientific pursuits. They are not the realm of faith. We always challenge science, and continue to find physical evidence, to advance our understanding of the physical world. Conflating the two diminishes both.

Help!  I have a weekly Professional Development program.  We have a panel of 4 to 6, mostly on the phone or SKYPE.  We have 60 to 80 viewers.  We use chat questions and question responses during the program.  Has anyone done something like this?  Can someone help me (for a small fee) to set this up for our group?  Thank you!  Michael

I'm familiar with the school, and although considered the best, the claims here are a "bit" inflated.  Actually, at the end of three months, it is considered supercalifragilisticexpialidocious if you truly test higher than A1level.

Lo siento, pero Cluny se fue. Cluny is closed, unfortunately. It was a great restaurant. I cannot recommend the replacement.

This is a great find... in an unusual place. The restaurant is part of the architecture school in Buenos Aires, and not only do they have great food, but the room is wonderful. You will feel like you found a french bistro, but more intimate. Enjoy.

I just started using ej4's learning platform and I am impressed. It reminds me of the simplicity and power of the google search engine. It's designed for the end user, and no unnecessary distractions. That's great for eLearning. Great job.
